The food was a bit pricey but really good. We came in on superbowl Sunday and really enjoyed our time here. The bartender Jon was very cool and knowledgeable on sports so made for great conversations. The manager Sara even took her time to stop and ask how our experience was and talked about my sports bets with me. Nice people. Cool place.

I had dinner at this American restaurant last weekend and it was a pretty good experiance overall. The place felt cozy without trying too hard, and the staff was friendly in a normal, not fake way. I ordered a classic burger with fries and it came out hot and fresh, bun was soft and the meat tasted good. My friend got the grilled chicken salad and she liked it too. Prices were fair for what you get, maybe a tiny bit slow on service but nothing crazy. I’d prob come back again when I’m in the area. Good spot for a casual meal.

One suggestion with the new view. Please add one more second in between when the character comes up and when the ball number shows. It will allow a better experience by adding in the anticipation/suspense. I’m sure it is an easy programming fix.

The hot beef was so good and my server was really nice. I didn’t catch her name and wish I would have. She had really long hair pulled up into a hair thingy. Lol. Bad description I know but she deserves the recognition. The manager came up and talked to us. Her name was Sara and really made us feel welcomed and heard. This place has really gotten better. I haven’t been in here in a long time due to awful service and bad food. It used to be awful. But today the Food was really good. Cymonne your bartender was a hoot. She was singing, laughing and actually talked to people. I got to meet a new manager today named Sarah who I have never seen and want to mention that she made me want to come back. She thanked me for coming in and made me feel very welcome. Your old management team was terrible. Great change. It was a little loud though due to the game. But thanks for hiring awesome people and making this place so much better then it was last year at this time.

The server I had today was amazing. Her name was G. Giana I believe was her full name. She was efficient, funny, and made sure to take care of my family so well. Always smiling. The manager on duty Sarah was also great to deal with. Checked on my family and our experience and seemed to love her job. We will definitely be back next weekend.

We went out for dinner here and played a little keno. Was surprised to have a nice server because the last few x they’ve been pretty rude. Not a really fun atmosphere for keno, they don’t call out the numbers. The number of football games on was really great. I ordered the pretzel appetizer 10 minutes before our food order. Pretzels came out 5-10 minutes after our burgers. Burgers were good, sides were small portions. Pretzels were very good, sauce definitely wasn’t beer cheese. Total for 2 burgers and pretzels was $50. We ate at Ralston Keno 2 weeks ago where a steak dinner, meatloaf dinner and fried pickles was under $30. For football watching, Big Red wins. For keno and food, we’ll definitely be choosing Ralston next time.

What a busy day but what great staff. Ayden was phenomenal. He refilled drinks quickly, cleaned our table promptly and regularly checked on us. We even had a manager named Sarah walk up and thank us for visiting and asked about our experience. You rarely see that anymore. I wish we lived closer so we could visit more often. Thanks for the great time !

The food was good. The customer service is lacking. I was in at my seat for 10 minutes before someone came to serve me. They checked on me once after the food came. They were cheap on the napkins. They served me barbecue but didn’t offer napkins. Aiden is bare minimum on service. The place may have had 7 tables they were serving. Not busy at all, so there’s really no excuse for that poor of service.

This was the most disappointing meal I’ve think I’ve ever had. I definitely would not have called this beer battered fish. There inst really any breading and it’s so overcooked it’s burnt. I dont think id ever get food there again. That was $16????
