Spent almost $50 without alcohol and got dry wings. You can ask for more sauce but they charge you extra. Also, the volume of the fight was so loud none of us could even think. We saw two tables sit down, get their waters, and then leave because of it. We finally asked and they were nice about it and turned it down a *little*. No fight needs to be on that loud and the fact that nobody working there thought to turn it down before two tables left and we spoke up is insane.

The food is always good, no issues there. However, the service could be improved — things like bringing silverware, extra plates, or napkins shouldn’t be difficult. The restaurant could also use more attention to cleaning. Overall, tasty food but service and cleanliness need work

So disappointed I could cry. I have never been to Buffalo Wild wings until today, first impressions were that it was very clean but sterile. A bar and grill restaurant should have life and soul but it feels very hollow with too loud TV’s to mask the lack of ambience. The food wasn’t deserving of half the prices, it tasted like food was taken from Walmarts freezer section and cooked. Wings were extremely small, dry and bland which explains why they are drowned in sauce. Smash burger was unfathomably soft like fake meat and drowning in cheese which made it almost impossible to enjoy. As my very first buffalo wild wings experience, I will not be back.

Maryam and The Manager Dakota greeted me as soon as I walked in with the upmost positive attitude and asked me they help me. I had an issue with Uber eats and they took care of everything. I personally recommend to come to this location above all they rectified an issue, took accountability and made me feel above and beyond reproach. Mr. Dakota is what I would look for in a manager. His demeanor is perfect. I haven’t been here five minutes and each and every single staff member has talked to me asked was I helped in everything this is one of the most friendliest places I’ve ever been and I truly 100% recommend come here.

Don’t waste your time or money here. I took my little brother here for his 16th birthday. The hostess told us to sit anywhere. My brother really wanted to sit in the booth but it was dirty so I tried wiping it off for him, and the server Paige yelled at us and was rude and treated us like we were stupid. Then we had to sit someplace else and waited for our food for almost an hour and kept getting ignored. Paige went and loudly and obviously complained about us to the other employees, which was unprofessional and rude. People who sat down 15-20 minutes after us got their food, but we were given nothing. I had to ask another employee Maximo for help to get even the first half of our order almost an hour after. We were the only Asian customers there, and we kept getting ignored while all the other White customers around us were getting served and receiving their food, which was suspicious. Absolutely terrible service and experience, and it ruined my little brother’s birthday. Never coming back to this location ever again.

Quick and fresh on a carry out order. Definitely recommend this location. The only issue I had, which I will hopefully fix, is that I wasn’t provided an actual receipt so I wasn’t able to earn any points. That’s not a huge deal, service was great.

Ordered take-out last night. I stood in the front by the counter and saw a single server handling tables. A woman came out of the back that was looking to bus tables, didn’t bother to even look our way, and then took out her cell phone and started texting. A couple of people showed up after me, and we were listening to the employees talking in the back wondering what the deal was.
Eventually, the only server there went back and told them people were waiting. No apology, just a miserable looking person with crap service. The kicker was that even though I ordered boneless, they tossed in a couple of bone-in wings instead.
You would usually think it’s just 1 bad worker, but it’s clear they don’t really care. The location in Olathe is significantly better.

$120 for probably the worst wings ever!! Took 2 out of town friends that we have not seen in years and were extremely embarrassed! The wings were tiny, dry and very tough. Almost hard to eat! They should know when you order a side salad, it should come before the meal. The celery…brown on the ends and I got the top part that should have been cut off and thrown. Definately not worth paying for plus, the fact you have to pay $1 for ranch for your wings is nuts! Will NEVER go back because I feel we got screwed over!

Good service. Clean, remodeled building. And all the same old wing sauce flavors you’d expect at a BWW. Went with the boneless this go-around because it’s more food than you get with the traditional wings, but I’m finding myself wishing I had gotten the traditional. It just tastes better! I wish the traditional wings weren’t so much more expensive per piece than the boneless, but I can’t fault this location for the company’s business choices.

We stopped in for a late night snack and to watch some fights. The food was delicious. The queso, guac, and salsa were top notch and the pretzels were nice and soft. The only problem we had was the service. Our server was nice but took forever to get our drinks and she only had one other table. She also didn’t know what an old fashioned was which I found weird at a sports bar. Nonetheless everything was good and we enjoyed the food.
