Ordered wings, burgers and chili cheese fries today. Everything was ok, had to warm my chicken up but really look at my fries. The chili was stiff and my cheese was hard and only in the corner. What a waste of money.

Bartender was excellent. Made an order to go. Ordered all flats. Did not receive all flats. Wings were not tossed in the sauces. Sauce was just dumped over the wings in the to go containers. Wings and tator tots were also cold by the time I made the 7 min drive back home. Do better bww!

I called 1.5 weeks before to try to get a reservation for 13 people. They said they don’t take reservations. Ok, that’s fine. We’ll show up early I hopes to get a table.
We got there at 530 (everyone was coming at 630) and were able to get seated right away. First off, the server in the front didn’t even walk us to our seats. (It was the patio seats) and just told us to go that way and she’ll get someone to come to us. We put our own tables together and sat in the dark for a good 5 minutes before someone came out to turn them on. We get 4 of our drinks ordered. They came in a decent time. Then the rest of the crew showed up about 615. It took her 20 minutes to come and get their drink orders. She brought out the soft drinks but forgot all about our beer. (There were only 4 of them)
The table next to us got their mixed drinks before we even got our beers. The general manager came out and delivered a queso and chips dish that someone at our table ordered. I mentioned we ordered our drink a good 30 minutes ago (then I said maybe 20) and still haven’t gotten them and it’s only beers. As he went back to see what was going on with our drinks, the couple at our table found a piece of hair in their queso. A few minutes later the waitress brings our 4 beers and we give her the plate of queso and chips and said we don’t want it, there’s a piece of hair in it. She took it and apologized. The general manager came back and gave us a voucher for our beers. I let him know that we also had a piece of hair in our queso and he apologized. The waitress came back and tried to take our order, at this time we were done. We were checking for other places to go since it was for MY SONS 10TH BIRTHDAY. And all he wanted to do was go here and watch the Bears game with family. I told her we’re not ordering because we’re leaving to go someone else. The general manager never came back after I told him about the hair in the food. We paid for our drinks and left. Terrible service, terrible food, terrible everything. My significant other didn’t even get to get a REFILL on his SODA in those 2 HOURS we were there!

They now make you buy a bottle of wine instead of a glass. It is about a 1/2 bottle size even though they charge like it was a whole bottle. If you don’t finish the bottle, they will not allow you to take it with you. Even though other restaurants will bag it up with a receipt for you to take it home, the manager said their company policy states you can not take it with you. My question is then why don’t you sell wine by the glass anymore?

We stopped in just before close and thoroughly expected a bad response especially when it looked closed but we did call first and made sure we could still eat and have a quick cocktail however that want the case! Jamie rushed to us to let us know that we were welcome and they are not closed! That was not the end of her kindness! She made the stay enjoyable for sure! She may have not been properly trained on some details however that did not matter because she was so kind and honest about it and she was a delight. I am a GM in this industry and some times critical of service but she definitely made sure we enjoyed the shirt time there and did not feel bad at all for having to come in last minute she never made us feel the slightest bit rushed. Out food was not necessary the same though which I didn’t even mention to her but the fries were ice cold and the chicken even though it was not pink it had the texture of frozen chicken that wasn’t quite some however I was not going to complain due to the time it was and because Jamie was just too kind the last thing is they had late night drink specials for $4 but they charged me 4 for the drinks and 4 for the lemonade it was mixed with. I said something to Jamie and because it made it double was no longer a good deal and she went and told I guess a manager and no manager came over at first just Jamie came back saying that they told her that was correct. I found it very off that they wouldn’t come over to talk to me instead of just sending her back over to tell me it was correct so then a different manager did come over and still tell me that was correct and we both say there in awkward silence because it clearly isn’t unless I was explained that ordering lemonade would double the price so after a moment of silence he said I will be right back he then came back and said I went ahead and took it off for you and walked away I don’t know just not at all how I would handle it or would expect my managers to handle it and the staff needs better training not at all Jamie’s fault because he has no idea it would double the price.

Food was great & our little server Audrey was amazing!! Got sat several times back to back (as a former server, I can empathize) and managed to keep everyone happy the entire time! Will def be going back!

We arrived and were seated immediately, yay!
Took over 10m for someone to take our drink order.
Took food order a few minutes later.
About 20m later, food came but our drinks never did.
They were not busy. A lot of staff. Not a great experience.

Let me start by saying “Mia” was a great server and food was excellent. B dubs always has fast and friendly service. Our experience has always been so welcoming and they are prompt with checking on there tables. Good job all around.
