Gee thanks. That’s definitely 7 dollars worth of cheese curds. Even went back inside to ask if that was normal (pick up order) and the girl at the counter said yes. We’ll pass on bdubs in Jacksonville from now on.

Drove an hour to do some shopping and decided to eat lunch while we were out and about. I ordered the Buffalo chicken wrap which was a medium buffalo sauce. When the wrap arrived the chickens had no sauce and was plain. Other than that the food was good. The fried pickles were very fresh. Our waitress Kate could have been a little more observant instead of being by the window on her phone as much. My drink ran out and I was not offered a refill.

My husband, daughter, and I went in at around 8:30p and was “greeted” by a girl who acted like she would rather be anywhere but there. She threw the menus on the table and walked away. Our server came and she was pleasant. She got our drinks and took our order. The food came in a reasonable amount of time. The food was nothing special and reminded me of bar food. My daughter kept saying the ketchup was spicy for her chicken strips. I thought nothing of it because children will be children. We finished our food and got a box to go to take the strips home. My husband later took a bite of the strips and they were spicy. Why would they give a child ( ordered a child’s meal) spicy chicken?

It had been a while since I ordered from here because honestly the last probably 4-5 times I’ve eaten there the wings have been overcooked. I get it, it’s chicken – but let’s calm down. I tried again tonight and got the same result. They’re not only overcooked to the point of a dry interior but the overall quality of the wing has gone down like they’re using a different piece than years ago (Smaller and less meat). I’m afraid this will be last attempt to see if they’ve turned it around.

We dined in and ordered 20 wings. The wings were small, overcooked, room temperature at best and barley coated with sauce. Im done with BWW. Lousy food.

I came here for the first time and my experience was great . I had the all-American cheeseburger and boneless wings. The food was delicious, and our waitress did a decent job of checking on us. The only thing I didn’t like was the price, but that’s to be expected.

I don’t know when they went belly up but the food there sucks. Even the parmesan garlic chicken wings changed. You taste good. They’re pretzels suck a hamburger suck. I’m not going back

It’s a night and day difference between this one and the Edwardsville one. This one is clean, friendly, doesn’t make you wait an hour to be seated when half the dining room is empty, the waiters did not have a pow wow in the corner and ignore customers, food was hot the way it should be, also delicious. I am so impressed, this will be my go to spot when I go to Jacksonville. Bravo to whoever is actually in charge of this establishment, whether it be the owners, manager or staff…Great job.

Probably the cleanest place in town. Went there with a friend to grab an early dinner. We were greeded by friendly hostess, who walked us to our table. As soon as we sat down, we were given menus and offered a drink (pretty standard). They only have outside seating for now, but you can still use their washroom.
The menu was shortened, probably due to corona restrictions and supply limitations, but that wasn’t really an issue. We ordered our entres and once we got our food, it was pretty epic, definitely worth the wait. A bit pricey, compared with other places around town, but top notch service doesn’t come cheap.
Definitely recommend this place.
