I doordashed 5 chicken dippers and fries and the dippers were supposed to be dipped in Asian Zing. That never happened. They also were suppose to close at 11pm. That didn’t happen because after calling a million times I drove there to find them closed 40 minutes early.

My friend and I decided to eat at Buffalo Wild Wings since it is open pretty late. We walk in and the cashier, I believe whose name was Jillian, greets us with a warming smile. After telling her we would like to sit in hightop, she promptly walks us there. She was so kind and welcoming. We sat down at the bar and were greeted by Paige, our server. She too had such a warm and welcoming demeanor and grabbed us some drinks fast. Our food came out about 10 mins after ordering and tasted fresh! Everything we ended up ordering was so good! As we sat and ate, the manager Dylan came up and asked us about our experience. He was super friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend this location as all of the employees were very sweet and helpful! Paige was such a superstar and we will definitely be back for her great hospitality!

11/3/25. Stopped in for football on a Sunday. Not to many people. I didn’t have to wait for seating. Took about 5 minutes to get my drink and I ordered hot wings at the same time. About 15 minutes later my wings came out. They were only warm but the were good. So I watched the game for about a hour than I ordered the Classic Cheeseburger. Now I waited about 25 minutes for that, it came out hot and juicy. I would come back to this BWW.

Came in to eat with my family tonight, and I will say we had the best service tonight that we’ve had here in a while. Our cashier Aiden was super friendly when we walked in and our server Heaven was super sweet and helpful. She was training so we were in no rush, but she did amazing! Food was pretty good but you can definitely tell the atmosphere has increased in a good way big time. Thanks bdubs!!

i had great customer service! walked in and was promptly sat at a booth. i ordered 2 cocktails which were both delicious and the wings were great! my server heaven was amazing and always had everything i needed ready for me! didn’t have to ask for drink refills or anything. she was very polite and provided me with amazing service! i will be returning to this buffalo wild wings for heaven and the great food and drinks!

Food was pretty good and service was super fast. It wasn’t really busy in the dining area when we came in. Heaven was on the refills and was such a sweetheart. She made sure we had everything we needed! We felt very welcomed. I don’t think a single part of the staff made us feel unwelcome. Will definitely be back for the new tenders unless bdubs changes them again!

Went to dinner tonight at BWW in o Fallon and Riley our server was awesome!! She was on top of everything from refills to checking on us after our food came. She was kind and even let my 5 yo write with some of her colored pens while we waited for our Togo order. Overall service and food was great!! I ordered the bacon patty melt and fries. The food actually tasted great, and the service was solid. But not long after eating, I started feeling really sick. Within an hour, I had full blown food poisoning and ended up throwing up everything I ate.
I want to be clear: I don’t have a sensitive stomach, food allergies, or any dietary restrictions. I can usually eat just about anything without a problem. That’s why it’s frustrating that since moving to Illinois, I’ve gotten food poisoning MULTIPLE times.
I’m leaving this review not to bash the staff (they were kind), but to stress how important proper food handling and cross contamination prevention are. People can get seriously sick when those standards aren’t followed. Please take this seriously! No one should have to get ill after what should’ve been an enjoyable meal.

Avoid this buffalo wild wings location. They are very short staffed and even had the bar closed and that section was blocked off. I went there for lunch today and there were barely any people in the restaurant, including employees. We were even warned it would be over 30 minutes before our food came. They blamed it on online ordering when the food came. It was room temperature at best. I will never go to this location again. I even addressed this through the waitress to the manager. They didn’t even offer a discount because of the poor service. They wouldn’t honor a coupon because it says couldn’t be used with other offers. It was simply something off the menu not another offer. Stay away if you don’t want to be disappointed. ADDED. It was only one wing shorted but at that price you shouldn’t short me a wing. Can’t count to 10?? Wow
