We went here as a group of 6. They had plenty of staff as there wasn’t many customers. They sat us at a dirty table that was only big enough for 4 and put us right next to the only other people. They pulled 2 chairs up instead of sitting us at a clean table meant for 6. Then they messed up all our drinks. I got a veggie burger and it was ice cold in the middle and burnt on the outside. The fries were old and dried out and cold. The staff had attitude. I wouldn’t go back unless you’re just getting drinks or alone. It seems like they can’t handle medium sized groups.

This Bdubs has definitely gone downhill past few times I’ve gone to this location they give me what looks and tastes like OLD food. They barely put any sauce on the wings; I could’ve just asked for sauce on the side if my wings are going to be that dry. Today I went in (it was busy bc of the Bears/Packers game so I’ll give them that) and the staff up front were just complaining about the customers. I finally get my food & my fries are visibly old like they’ve been sitting a while so I politely ask for fresh fries because the ones I got looked old. They bring back my fries & you can tell they just redipped what was in the container and just gave me back the same exact fries I had!! This location used to be the better location but Machesney is just going downhill overall.

Unfortunately this place has been slowly going down hill. The wings are hardly covered in the sauces. The portions (sides) are getting smaller. The size of the boneless wings are about the size of popcorn chicken. There were only 3 tables being serviced tonight yet I still had to get up and get our own drink refills. Very inattentive staff. Very disappointing

This place has declined so much. This was the last time we will go back. Food comes out cold and the place is filthy. Servers are too concerned about socializing with one another and complaining about patrons than doing their job. Food all over multiple tables, multiple tables not cleared as well. We had finished our food and waited 20 minutes for our bill. Servers came over once the entire time to check on us, and they were not busy at all.

I would give it a 5 across the board, but when I go to Bdubs to eat & watch PPV fights on some Sat.nights, there is usually 1 or 2 families there with exhausted screaming babies or toddlers…even tho the fights may go til 12 or 1 in the am. When my kids were young & I got the opportunity to go out late, I either got a bbsitter or left by 9 or 10, @ the latest. These people show up between 7- 9 & stay til the end of the fights, even if their children are loudly screaming|crying. In my opinion, that is not fair to the babies or the other patrons.
Other than that, my only negative comment would be that they don’t keep up with the female’s bathroom sanitation. It may be clean at the beginning of the evening, but then appears that it is untouched the rest of the night, & unfortunately some patrons leave messes.
As far as the food goes, I’ve never had anything there that I didn’t like or love!
Then there is Curtis & Savanna for servers! They deliver outstanding service & are genuinely fun, friendly, & attentive! They deserve raises!!!!
For the question on how much did I spend. I spend between $10-20, but then I leave an excellent tip!

Don’t. Decide you love yourself, those you are with and move along to somewhere else. The service and food were atrocious. We sat at our table for several minutes before being greeted by our server. This would be acceptable during a busy evening, but we were one of six tables. Eventually we put in drink orders, a beer and a cocktail. Our server came back to the table to take our food order stating they will check on the drinks. Not sure why they didn’t check on the drinks before coming to take our food order. The drinks must have been sitting waiting though because the foam was able to dissipate from the beer. Our food order was placed and within a reasonable amount of time brought out by another individual. I’d wager prison cafeteria workers put more care and concern into how food is presented than did Buffalo Wild Wings on route 173 in Machesney Park, IL. The server came back, mentioning that she still needed to grab some items for us. We never received them because our server left us alone for the remainder of the evening. As frustrating as all this was the worst was yet to come! After deciding that our server wasn’t coming back we left our booth and tried to pay at the front desk. We were told that we would have to wait for our server to pay because their system up front was not the same as the in house wait staff. At this point I’m abducted. Forced to stay, but strongly desiring to leave. I don’t have it in me to walk out the door without paying although I felt justified in thinking this was a viable option. Instead, I wait for the check, pay and leave. All in all a real kick in the jewels BWW. My recommendation is go to McDonald’s and get yourself some nuggets.

The food must have been sitting for a while because when we finally got it our mozzarella sticks were cold and so were our chicken strips. We tried this place again after not being here for over a year and now I am done giving it a chance. BWW will never be same as it used to be…so sad.

This is strictly a review for the month of Dec 2024. The kitchen staff must be losing their minds. I was there on Sat the 7th, and for one reason or another, the cooks left out my party’s orders without telling any servers for about 15 minutes, knowing full well the heat lamps were broken too. Their lack of communication thankfully resulted in us getting a second, fresher batch of orders on the house that didn’t sit out long enough to get cold and unappetizing.
I ordered six free boneless wings for my birthday via the rewards program and after I came home with them, I saw that the wings were completely bare with zero sauce added. I clearly ordered maple chipotle and even have a screenshot of my receipt for proof, but there is zero maple chipotle sauce on them. As a “consolation”, they did end up putting more than 6 wings in the box, but I could interpret that as them losing their minds even further. The box clearly has the “6” sticker on it but there are definitely more than 6 wings.
Drink some water, guys. It’s good for brain function.

Buffalo Wild Wings in Machesney Park is where culinary dreams meet napkin nightmares. The wings are so good they must be stealing recipes from the gods, but the sauce-to-face ratio ensures you’ll be wearing half your meal home. The TVs are so massive you’ll forget what you came for, and the atmosphere is livelier than a chicken on a caffeine binge. Pro tip: don’t challenge the staff to trivia night unless you’re ready to lose—those folks know their wings and their useless facts!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ordered a large onion rings, the box contained 5 total onion rings. Get to the wings and instead of mango hab, I got original buffalo. I don’t mind original buffalo but not what I was looking for. I could look passed these issues if the wings weren’t room temp. This used to be my favorite location between Rockford and 173. I’ll probably just drive to Rockford location from now on.
