I visited this BWW around 9 PM and the place was fairly empty. Traveling alone, I usually sit at the bar for quicker service, but it took nearly 10 minutes before anyone came by, despite another patron already sitting there. I ordered two drinks and only received one. It was another 10 minutes before the server/shift manager returned to take my food order.
During this time, another guest sat down and was served almost immediately. He even ordered his food well after me, yet our meals came out back-to-back. Unfortunately, my wings were only cool/warm, which makes me think they’d been sitting for a while before being brought out.
Overall, one of the most disappointing BWW visits I’ve had in a long time — slow service, inconsistent attention, and food that didn’t come out hot.

We are here for the Bears/Packets playoff game. They are understaffed. It took over 2 hours to get a food order. No manager to be seen: people just leaving because they can’t get service. Really poor way to manage this restaurant for a known event. I would have to imagine this will be one of their busiest nights of the year. This is all on the manager / general manger of this location. The corporate office needs to address this. This is completely unacceptable. You knew this game was happening this night and it would be busy. Again the manager / general manager need to held accountable . I’m pretty sure neither one are here tonight. If they are they should be talking to the numerous unhappy patrons. This is not on the staff that was working tonight. Food is even coming out like warm. This is completely unacceptable. Nobody can get service!

The GM needs to wake up. You had four—maybe five—servers scheduled for the biggest Bears game in 15 years, and they had no chance of keeping up with the crowd.
My family and I arrived at 5:00 PM and placed our food order at 6:30. At 8:15, our waitress informed us that our order had been lost. The looks on your staff’s faces said it all—this was not their fault. They were clearly overwhelmed and doing everything they could. I actually apologized to our server because she was genuinely trying to do her job under impossible circumstances.
The most unfortunate part was watching multiple groups walk out after ordering food. Ultimately, I had no choice but to leave so I could feed my family.
We will not be returning for any big sporting events.

Placed mobile order at 6:58 pm didn’t get till 11:33 pm. Unbelievable. The place is understaffed the 3 staff working are running around with food it was chaotic. Also, the game bears v packers has been known to happen, BWW should’ve known to have extra staff tonight. This is unacceptable, waiting almost 4 hours for a 6 piece and fries. The manager not in sight at all to ask for my food. Couldn’t even cancel my order because DoorDash doesn’t do refunds. Never coming back.

I knew not to expect much from this place, but waiting over an hour with no food and only one server in such a large dining area is beyond comprehension. No matter how much I try to be understanding, it’s just unacceptable.
I honestly wonder if the headquarters are aware of this situation.

Went for an NFL game on Peacock and had crunchy chicken wraps. They were actually good and came with fries. Even though it was busy service was fine, they were attentive and refilled our drinks. Cleaner than last time we went years ago when it smelled of stale beer. The wings are too expensive but we liked our wraps. Still hate their commercials with the stupid mascot.

Went here with some co-workers to watch March Madness and grab lunch. The food came out quickly and it was good, as expected. Service was a little slow in terms of being able to put our order in, but everything else was great. Try the new cheese steak!

If I could give negative stars I would. I placed a pickup order that was supposed to be ready at 6pm. After waiting for an hour, it’s still not ready. I will never order from here again. Horrible customer service and experience. And unfortunately, this isn’t the first time this has happened.

Came here for Cubs game. Ended up watching college football, soccer, ufc and baseball. Substantial number of TV screens and seating. Service from all staff exceeded my expectations. Nick was awesome! Great deal on the Pick 6 at $19.99. Highly recommend for watching sports and drinks.
