We ordered some honey bbq boneless wings for takeout. FOR THE SECOND TIME, The wings were rock hard!!!!, like literally each wing was like a brick. Not sure how you can serve food like that to people. I PROMISE YOU, I AM NEVER COMING TO THIS BWW location AGAIN. Other BWW locations have WAY BETTER FOOD.

I went to Buffalo Wild Wings in New Berlin on 1/23 with some friends. There was 4 of us. There were 3 main issues: Initial drink order, wait time for both drinks and food, and charged us for an extra meal on our bill.
1) Initial Drink Order – We saw the advertisements for espresso martinis. We decided to go to Buffalo Wild Wings because of this advertisement, as we love espresso martinis. After we ordered them, the waitress (not her fault – should be on the bartender or manager) informed us that they were out of Titos (crazy), and it would be way more expensive to “build the drink from the ground up” with an upcharge for Grey Goose. If they were out of Titos, they should have given us Grey Goose at no cost. Instead, they honored the cost of Titos but gave it to us with Smirnoff (less than Titos).
2) Wait time – we ordered 3 rounds of drinks, each time we ordered, we waited at least 15 -20 minutes for the drinks.
3) Billed us extra – Another issue was I ordered grilled chicken, and got crispy chicken. They took back the incorrect order of crispy chicken, and brought me out grilled chicken 15ish minutes later. Unfortunately, we did not check the bill closely enough, as they charged us for both the grilled & crispy chicken meals.
Another small issue – we had nowhere to put our coats. There were no coat racks or hooks on the booths, and big winter coats take up a lot of space. The restaurant was nearly empty when we arrived, so we put our coats in the empty booth next to us. The restaurant slowly got busier, however, there were still plenty of empty booths and tables. Instead of seating the next customers at the next available booth, the host asked us to move our coats. This happened twice. Again, the restaurant had plenty of open seating.
I hadn’t eaten at a Buffalo Wild Wings in 10+ years before this, and based on my experience, I will probably not go back.

I waited 8+ minutes for a table for 1 with a 1/3rd of the dining room full.
I waited 30 minutes for a drink and about 15 minutes in my menu was taken, but not my order. By the time I got my drinks, I was trying to remember the menu.
Ticket time: 18 minutes – fries were luke warm, beer cheese was cold, and the wings were warm, not hot. hot due to spices.
The floors were dirty. I’m not going to come back until they get their crap together.
Take out? fine. excellent. Dining in? worst experience I’ve had in a while bar none.
PS: I came in at 6:28 – Its 7:53p I was done eating nearly 30 minutes ago and I am still waiting on a box and check.

I see why this place has 3.7 stars. Went in yesterday at 4pm. Only 3 tables were seated. We got water but when we tried to get the attention of our waitress and she was too busy talking to another waitress. We looked over numerous times and made eye contact but she would not come over.
We got up and left because who knew how long the food would take. For these prices, go to Tomkens or Fabhouse. They have better wings and beer prices.

Ordered 10 wings and Ultimate Nachos with Chicken for take out, Brought it home to enjoy Our food and watch The Packer vs. Bear game for My bday. Opened Our meal to hardly any topping on Our Nachos and absolutely no chicken on them. I called 6 times before anyone answered just to tell me sorry there was nothing that they could do besides give My receipt to The Manager tomorrow and they will call me back, And that it was Extremely Hectic there. I get that it gets busy, I work in the Food industry but to not correct it is Extremely Wrong and Unacceptable..

I came out for veterans day and was seated. It took 20 minutes for the server to first come talk to me. My food took a while but not egregious long to arrive. But i was given ranch instead of blue cheese, so i had to wait another ten minutes to get my blue cheese. I ran out of soda and waited ten minutes for a refill, but my waitress never came by. So I decided to get up and take my glass to the bar for a refill. But there was no one behind the bar either. I never got my refill.
This is on top of the last time I visited this location with my friends it took an hour and a half to get our food.

Sunday at 5pm, took almost 10 minutes for drinks from the bar, even the refills. Never been that bad in prior visits.
Additionally, this is the 3rd visit in a row where there is waiter vacuuming while trying to eat , talk or watch games. Makes it difficult….. it’ now 6:15pm. Why vacuuming?

Came here for the after hours special (9 p.m. to. closing).. was probably the best service we received from any BWW! Our server, Justin, was very attentive and informative. Food was brought out quickly, especially for a Friday. Will be coming back!
