So we have not eaten here for a couple years.But we always enjoyed it. I’ve seen some bad reviews over the last couple years, and didn’t agree with that until now. we ordered sixty wings for the family of different flavors and I have to say all the wings were hard, dry and barely covered with sauce and wrong sauces. We were all so disappointed and the kids made some Kraft Mac n cheese for supper instead. for this i was offered 600 bww points which appears to amount to nothing. this is hilarious and sad. so now their customer service is horrible too! thought I would give them a chance to make it right. we’ll get our wings somewhere else going forward. we had a good run for several years at this place. no more bww for this family. food is just too expensive these days to be this disappointmented when there are other options. it was a good run while it lasted

I refuse to eat here unless Ben is working. He gets it. Every TIME! He is the best employee this company has ever seen!!!!! Knows every detail about the menu and is quick and reliable with his service! He brings his personality to his job and gives every table amazing service. This has to be the best experience we have ever had here. Larke was our server and she did amazing. Quick,engaging and you can tell she cared.

Service can kind of be a hit or miss depending on when you go, but if you wind up with Larke, you’re going to be in great hands! I typically come for lunch however when I have come during dinner (I believe her name is Taylor, though not confident on that) she has also taken great care of us. Food has always been hot and quick during lunch, and sometimes dinner can be a longer wait but they are typically a lot busier during that time. This specific location is always my go-to, and the staff genuinely take the time to build a connection and make sure your visit is great. They have some great servers at this location!

I arrived at the restaurant at 3pm and was seated immediately. However, we sat at our table for about 15 minutes before anyone batted an eye at us. Other tables were being helped while we waited. However, Greisha noticed this issue and came to help us. She stated she had been cut and was about to leave, but she would help us until another server would. Another server never came and Greisha stayed late to help us. Her service really turned our experience around.

We go to BWW alot on Merle Hay Road, because it’s near my fiancé’s work. We usually get Javier since he is amazing at his job, and our 1 year old even likes him. However, Javier wasn’t there last week during our lunch and we got a different server. My fiancé ordered 10 boneless wings, but when we received our order there were only 8. My fiancé kindly called the manager over and asked if he could get the rest of his order. We are always nice customers, even when there are issues, and we eat at this location once to 3 times a week. We will not be going back because of this person named Noah Lane that left a disrespectful review at my fiancé’s place of employment.

I have gone to other locations it was great however this location wasn’t. We got our food fairly fast and the only thing that was good was the fried mozzarella sticks. The chicken was dry and onion rings were soggy. I drank all my water and the waitress seemed to forget about us never came back around. My grandson had to find someone at the takeout window to help us get our bill after we waited a good 20-25 minutes after we were done eating. Will not be returning.
