Matt is the best manager you can possibly get! His staff are great too and they have gone above and beyond countless times at this point! Highly recommend dining here even if it’s just for the sake of the great service. The food is great too, and any issues I have had have been resolved and then some! Also amazing deals if you utilize them. Once again I must preach MATT DESERVES A RAISE HE IS PHENOMENAL!!

I have never left a bad review, but I feel like that’s the only option when no one ever even comes to give you a menu. My girlfriend and I were seated and no one came to wait on us for 20 minutes. At least two other parties came in and were given menus and drinks before us. One was seated right next to us and came in 15 minutes after we arrived. Sorry we were such an inconvenience to you, BDubs Marquette!

Waited almost an hour for our food. I got the nachos and they were cold and sat under the heat lamp for too long. The sour cream was crunchy. The waitress did not provide napkins, so I had to go ask for them. The company I was with also said their plates were cold and did not taste very good.

Currently writing this as we sit here.. there are five of us and three are kids. All three of their orders are incorrect. One ordered carrots and didn’t receive them. One ordered fries and didn’t receive them. The menu advertised all kids meals get milk. None of them came with milk. Two adults orders were incorrect. At least when the adult order came, ( 15 boneless wings) the order was cold and dried out. You literally hit a 5/5 on being wrong.

I’ve picked up to-go orders from here many times, and the food has always been good if a bit pricey. We finally decided to dine in. The restaurant is set up sports-bar style, with many televisions showing just about every sport. We were greeted enthusiastically at the door, and immediately seated. Our server was friendly and attentive, and kept our drinks refilled anytime they were close to empty. Our food was excellent! The wings were perfectly done. My only complaint would be the pathetic amount of fries that came with the order. $5 for that? Otherwise, a great meal and would definitely go back.

Greeted and seated right away. Our waitresses were friendly, courteous and checked on us to make sure things were good a few times. The staff pays attention to their customers and I’m always pleased with the food and service when we visit.

Great place to go to when everything in town is closed. Delicious burgers, fries, and wings. And the drinks were amazing, thank you! Even though 2 of us came in at 10:30, we got our food in an appropriate amount of time.

Service was okay, and food was okay. Waitress missed a couple of items and we had a miss order. Therefore, one of us had to est alone. However, mistakes happen. Waitress seemed super friendly but a little rushed. I generally love the taste of BWs ajd the food came out hot and was as expected.

While the food was scrumptious, the service was mediocre as they weren’t making the best pace as I had to seat myself near the kitchen. The atmosphere wasn’t the best as The Spiders Den is a lot better than this establishment.
