We came in as a party of 3 and saw the sign asking us to wait to be seated. We waited over 15 minutes, even though more than 70% of the restaurant was empty. No one acknowledged us the entire time. When the hostess finally walked over, she just spread her hands, shook her head, and gave us a confused look like, “What do you want?” — no greeting, no smile, no professionalism. Extremely rude and unwelcoming.
Unfortunately, the food wasn’t any better. I ordered both boneless and traditional wings ($27 total), and they were absolutely awful. The wings were way too vinegary, had a strange, almost sour smell, and tasted like they were trying to mask something spoiled with excessive sauce. They didn’t taste fresh at all. I had two bites and threw the rest away. Quite possibly the worst wings I’ve ever had.
Between the terrible service and disgusting food, this was an awful experience from start to finish. I won’t be returning.

Isaac was absolutely awesome! The big and tall guy with facial hair was brash. My burger was absolutely awesome. Fries were cold and tough. Not many customers inside. Probably alot of takeout. I hope things get better there. I was so excited to learn there was a Buffalo Wild Wings nearby. I will give it another shot anothdr day. I had formerly only visited the Lansing BWW and loved the burger! This one was awesome as well. Thank you Buffalo Wild Wings and Isaac for yet another great burger!

I have ate at this place in petoskey 2 times. I am not pleased. Chicken was decent well the honey bqq but the parm and garlic was sooo salty and sides such as fries and tater totes was over cooked and not warm. Hope they figure that out…I will stick with other places here in petoskey

I was there tonight with a family member for our second time and our service was horrible. We ordered our drinks and they gave me glass of water instead of a drink. I orered a mushroom and swiss with fries and my burger was caked with heavy honey musted and the fries were cold. When we were done we ordered a chocolate fudge cake with icecream. We were there last week and ordered the same thing and our service was perfect but tonight our server was rude to us and acted like he didn’t care. He served us our cake with no ice cream and no hot fudge sauce. He told us it does not come with ice cream. I told him the menu says it does and we were here last week and got it with fudge ssuce and ice cresm. The server said well that’s not how I do it here. We said then we don’t want it We paid our bill and left him no tip for the rude service.

Service was EXCELLENT. Quick and speedy, even though the restaurant was pretty busy. Food was OK. I had the Nashville hot Sando and the sauce on the patty was hardly spread out. But still tasted overall good. Thanks B Dubs

So went here for dinner last night… first we waited for almost 10mins to get seated… BUT it was no one else waiting… we were standing there while ppl walked passed us and no one said NOTHING! Finally the bartender came over to the hostess station… she passively said to follow her… she did ask booth or table … she walked to the booth pointed and kept walking… ( she didn’t say someone would be with you all or can I get you started)… so we begin to look at the menu… and wait … and wait … and wait … and wait… after 15 mins of no one coming over to us, after 15 mins of servers walking pass just looking at us… 15 mins of being the only black ppl in the entire building … we decided to leave..
So I’m sure you’re wondering why did we stay so long… well our 4hr 15min drive up north turned into over 5hrs (construction)… this was the only thing open that late and my babies (my daughter and niece) were hungry.
I’m so angry they had to experience that because we teach them to love everyone because we’re part of the HUMAN race and that’s the only race that should matter!

Had a pick up order took 15 minutes to even be acknowledged, on top of that my order was prepared completely wrong with missing items and they tried to argue with me about it. Once I pulled up my order to show them they gave me so much attitude and literally threw my sauces into a bag. Absolutely horrible service and j will not be returning again. When I told them of a celery allergy to make sure there was none in the bag, was told “i guess there shouldn’t be” with so much attitude making my allergy seem invalidated. Places should take allergies seriously.
