Went here for dinner Thursday before a concert with my husband, his cousin, and myself. The items that we ordered should not have taken as long as they did. The choose 4 appetizer plate, and 20 wings. That’s it. Should have taken 20 minutes. It was 45 minutes or more before we got our food after we ordered it. The place was not busy and we did not have complicated orders. The fact that we could have gone to a nicer restaurant and gotten food quicker is frustrating. Our waitress was attentive and seemed just as frustrated as we did. We ended up having to get our sit down meal to-go because it took that long. Can’t say I wont ever go here again but I’ll definitely set aside 2 hours to do so instead of 75 minutes.

Did an online order for pickup tonight at this location. The food was terrible. I ordered a Buffalo Ranch chicken wrap and the chicken was so salty I literally couldn’t eat it. My husbands bone-in wings hardly has meat on it. So disappointing to even eat out any more. Had we sat down at the restaurant- we would have sent it all back. In this case we are just out $50 and know better to order from here again. Service was fine as we just had to pick up and go.

Have been here many times through the last ten years and my last experience was absolutely underwhelming and confirming the downfall of this restaurant chain. A completely disappointing experience, the vegetables like celery and carrots were not fresh and were served at the table in a plastic bag! First I had to untie a plastic bag….(allready removed before taking the picture) Are you kidding your
guest!?. I don’t understand that, may be someone can explain? Wing are absolutely awerage and the size of this wings is absolutely on the lower level. Fried feathers were also visible on the wings. I don’t have that much problem with that but competition is doing it way better. Will never visit again.

I went in early to get a table for the Super Bowl for me and my friends. My server was fine but the table next to us had some kind of issue. When the host and other people came with the server to help clean the table up one of the girls make an extremely racists comment saying “how ghetto do you have to be” referring to the persons of color that were occupying said table. As a white woman I turned around and said “that’s not how you say that” to which she shot me a dirty look and said “okay?” In a rude tone. I then responded “that’s racist” she rolls her eyes and ignores me. I mention something to the manager who said he’d deal with it but to be honest she should be losing her job. It was a short blonde girl with maybe a tad longer than shoulder length hair. She looked young but still old enough to know better and if she isn’t fired it is clearly acceptable for the company and is a direct reflection of them.

I’ll definitely go back if I’m in town for a concert, but c’mon management, you couldn’t schedule better??? At $3.25 an hour, you couldn’t add more staff??? I’m sure you knew Lainey Wilson was playing at Van Andel, yet you made your downstairs bartender work ALONE with a 4 table section, a full bar, and service??? She was phenomenal by the way and the only reason I’d come back. Where was management to help her??? The wings were very good as was the side mac (personal preference but crumbled croutons on top would have been even better, but it was still very good)

Make sure you double check your order before you leave.If you get a to go order, this place cannot count to ten properly, they absolutely will give you less wings than what you ordered.

This isn’t your guy’s fault, but I think my Uber eats courier stole my Pepsi which I am not too happy about. In fact I haven’t eaten anything in 2 days and all I wanted was my meal with EVERYTHING I ordered given that I paid. But no this Uber stole my drink. If you see him report him, because I ain’t letting this slide. I will keep on doing what ever it takes to get my hands on this guy. HUSREF: If you see this, I hope you know I will get you fired and reported.

Probably the worst Buffalo Wild Wings I’ve been to. When I walked in I had the worker yelling at me “DO YOU HAVE A PICKUP ORDER?” Across the restaurant since no one was at the pick up section. I then had him grab me my food out of the warming box. Unfortunately, half of my ‘boneless wings’ were just batter pieces and I even found a BONE in one of my boxes. I lost my appetite afterwards and even worse was that the food was never hot it was lukewarm when I received it and I arrived on time for my pickup order.

Picked up wings and they almost had zero sauce on them. Not only that, but they had been cooked so long they were almost burnt. Dry with the flavor of blackened bacon. I’ve never had wings this bad!
