I just got back from trying to pick up an order at the Holland Branch and was extremely disappointed with my experience. I was going to order online but found that their website didn’t let you say how many wings of what flavor for the 20 wings + fries combo for 21.99 so I called the store instead to place the order so I could make sure the quantities were right.
The first question I asked them was whether I could get that same combo ordering via the phone–I stated the name and the price of it and said I was making sure that it wasn’t just a web promo. They said it was fine so I placed my order. During the order, we even joked how it was weird that buying 20 bone in wings + fries is cheaper than ordering just 20 bone in wings because of the promo. When I arrived to pick up my order, I was told the price was 30+ dollars rather than the promo price of 21.99. I asked how that could be, and the person helping me at the front went and asked the manager and said it was web promo only and that there was nothing that could be done about it. I asked if they could make an exception this one time to give me that pricing since I had explicitly asked and been told it was okay and the answer was no. I told them I wasn’t buying them for that price and left without food. I’m still just utterly shocked at the customer service. The food was made, they sell it for that price online so it wasn’t some outrageous ask, and had been verbally assured that I could claim that promo. I just got lied to and Buffalo Wild Wings did absolutely nothing to try and make things right. That’s the last time I’m going there.

Good for late night eats. We had to drive a few towns over for a bite to eat, since We stayed out pretty late on vacation. Well worth it. Wings and Burger hit the spot. A lot of games are always on and Our Server was excellent. Thank God for BWWs. By the way, GO BLUE!

We came in right before closing time, and even though the kitchen had already closed, the gentleman kindly accommodated us and arranged our meal. The service was outstanding. Highly recommend — we will absolutely visit again!

We ordered burgers and they were incredible. I mean it. For a place that is known for wings, they have other offerings that are very competitive and delicious.
Our waitress was one of the best that we have had. She was funny, attentive, and took care of everything we needed.
The business was clean and the rest of the service was great. Atmosphere was not too loud. I was impressed and would come back again.

Was dining with a friend and had a great teamwork approach to service! Ashley was our waitress and the restaurant was super busy, she was helped by a manager, John. He made sure everything delivered to our table was great.

There was four in our group. We were seated. Probably took 10 to 15 minutes to be waited on. The section that we sat and only had two other tables. We finally placed our order and when the food came two out of the four people’s meals were wrong. One person in our group french fries were cold. Another person in our group had the wrong sauce and wrong food on their sample platter. We asked for our bill and a couple boxes. No problem there, 10-15 minutes later the same server came back and says do you need any boxes or your check. Maybe our server was busy. Not sure. Probably be a while before we go back there again.

Leaving a review while dining is not something I have ever done. So when I say this was bad it’s bad. To start waited in lobby while they were busy. Not the problem but got passed up twice while we were first when the the last running the front saw us. Then we ordered street tacos. The shells were rock hard. Also the waiter was good but service was slow. We had gone to Grandville location a day earlier with excellent service and great food. Extremely disappointed in this location. Holland you got to do better. It was so bad I may not come back.
