I DONT CARE IF IT IS A WOMAN/ MAN … I was never raise that way to assume that whatever is left out of the bill is yours to keep I definitely think they need to train their employee…. I come here all the time in my hometown. Decided to try Mount pleasant b dubs tonight and ordered take out. It was all fine until I got home and I ordered dessert heat wings with no dessert heat on them AT ALL. Maybe a sprinkle on one wing. Ordered 40 all went to waste. Will not be going here again wasted 50$

We had such a great experience at Buffalo Wild Wings Sunday night thanks to our waiter, Mike. He was incredibly attentive and checked on us often without ever feeling overbearing. He was kind, friendly, and honestly made the entire dining experience so much better. Our drinks stayed full, our food came out just the way we ordered it, and he made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal.
It’s rare to find service this good—Mike truly went above and beyond. We’ll definitely be asking for him next time!

Stopped in while driving through town for work. Mike is the best server we have had anywhere in a long time. It’s refreshing to find someone who cares about your experience and service. I hope management sees this, that man deserves all the credit. I saw him approach every table with care, patience and professionalism. He’s friendly and welcoming and thankful. If you go here, ask for Mike.

The remodel is very nice, and everything is very clean! However, we waited almost 2 hrs for our food to come out! I saw some customers that arrived quite awhile after us get their food and leave before ours even came out. We ordered the Buffalo Chicken Dip as an app, I ordered the Grilled Dipper and my husband ordered a Pick 6. When our food eventually came out, my chicken was cold and dry. This was our first time back since the remodel, hopefully this isn’t the norm.

Ordered the $19.99 meal for two/pick six deal online. Advertisement is severely misleading. They have an upcharge of $3 for boneless and $5 upcharge for traditional wings, though advertised as part of the deal? They give you a list of available entrees included in the deal, then why the upcharge? Its ridiculous to call it a “deal” when it’s practically the same price as it would’ve been separately.
Not to mention the horrible customer service. My pickup time was 11:50. My husband went in to get our meal, and waited for ten minutes before anybody even acknowledged him. He had to ask if anybody had our food and the woman was a snob when she gave it to him. He had to tell her it came with drinks, she didn’t even check the order before handing it out, and got both drinks wrong, despite me being upcharged for my drink. If I’m paying an upcharge Id expect to get what I ordered.

The 3-star food rating is for portion size only. The taste is still amazing but WOW have the size of the wings (both boneless AND traditional) become nearly “bite sized!”

Mark is an amazing Manager & our Customer Service today, on our 9 year wedding anniversary was amazing. I’m so super sorry, I forget her name, but our waitress was so super polite, had such a wonderful personality, & upsold us on our meal perfectly. 10/10 Customer Service & a very exceptional experience overall. I ordered your $20 wing meal deal last night. I was told we couldn’t sit inside and eat it after pick up, even though we ordered drinks to drink there. I asked for menus to order an extra side so we could enjoy our meal at a table and was told that’s not how it works. The drinks were almost as much as the meal for just 4 of them and we couldn’t even sit inside. If I’d have known that I wouldn’t have ordered at all. Ridiculous to get turned away, I was gonna tip too. Way to lose business. The place was nasty too. Dirty and food all over the floor. We just wanted to eat our meal there while it was still hot.

Our waitress Emma. C was very slow, she never came to the table and when she did she stayed for maybe 1 minute and we had to flag her back down to get refills. It took us over an hour to get a refill on a Pepsi and when we tried to get a refill on the other end of the table she walked away. We waited nearly 1 hour to get food and when we did it was from another person and half of our food was cold or stale with random bits of other food mixed in. Finally at the end we waited over 30 mins for the cookie desert and it wasn’t even that good it was super small and not very warm. We were at the restaurant for 3 hours maybe seen her for a total of 5 minutes and at the end our bills were not separated properly with a random drink added to one of our bills. When we tried to kill time by playing the claw machines, half of them were broken and wouldn’t take the dollar. Also the floor when entering was so slippery we watched someone fall into the door. We will not be returning.
