Waiter was great, he was really fast taking our order. Initially messed it up but made up for it really quickly. People eating around us were really cool, great conversations. Really memorable and the food was GREAT.

When we first entered and waited to be seated, we saw a group of 3 servers looking at us, pointing, and laughing.
It was not a busy night, yet after being seated it took 23 minutes of waiting for help, before we asked a worker if someone was coming to help us. It took an additional 10 minutes after this for our server to come.
Our server, Ernest, came with only 4 sets of silverware for our table of 7, and gave us a dirty fork (picture included). Ernest wore an Airpod the entire time making us feel like more of an inconvenience than a customer. After ordering it took an additional 8 minutes for our server to bring out just our waters.
The food was good but the service was heavily disappointing. I will not be returning.

First time to order from Buffalo Wild Wings and the food was great. I ordered 5 chicken tenders, potato wedges and BBQ sauce, the tenders were so tasty, BBQ sauce was good, but I wish the wedges had a bigger cut. The food was tasty and nice place to visit.

NONE OF THESE COMPLAINTS ARE ABOUT THE STAFF! The prices are crazy high unless you share meals/deals with friends to make it average. The food is sometimes room temp and they have a bad NAT fly problem! Once again the staff are great but the wait times can be horrible even when not busy. You can be seated and decide on drinks, wait 5-15 mins for them. Then order and then food can take 20-55 mins to arrive for two people. I know it’s not the waiters fault and they are usually very friendly. I feel like they are just always under staffed and feel terrible for them.

After being seated, it took 25 minutes to just talk to someone on an extremely quiet night. Followed by a 12 minute wait to even be checked upon. My group then all ordered water which took an additional 8 minutes. We ordered the food and it was great. But we were ignored the entire time.

We are in town visiting and decided on Buffalo wild wings for dinner. First they said our order would take 23 minutes for pickup and it took well over 40. Half of the boneless chicken wings were dried out. All of the tater tots and potato wedges were cold and soggy. We ordered two of the two entree, two sides and two beverages Valentine’s meal deals and only got three of our four drinks. Very disappointed, will not order from there again.

Imagine a Friday night in east Lansing. You are imagining busy obviously. Well my friend and I came here to watch the basketball game. We did not order food. We just got drinks. They have one bartender who is not only serving bar seats, she is serving the whole restraunt. Absolutely ridiculous, poor girl is having to hold up everybody’s backs. As we understand she’s extremely busy, it is also frustrating not being waited on in a timely manner and unfortunately made us leave at half to go somewhere else. Disappointing.

Food here is consistently terrible, regardless of how slow or busy it is. Beer taps _might_ be clean, if you’re lucky.
Staff is running around doing everything but serving up food and beers. They are definitely understaffed on game days, but there are also some obvious inefficiencies at play.
It’s downright crazy how much time they spend walking back and forth to the POS systems.

Wyatt our server was spectacular. Greatest server I’ve ever had. Didn’t know they could be so great and adapting for their customers. Honestly don’t think I will ever have as good of a B Dubs experience. Every time I come in from now on I will ask to sit in Wyatt’s section. That dude is AWESOME.
