It was Wednesday night and not very busy, lots of open tables. We were seated promptly and waited. We were told our server would be with us shortly. We waited a good 7 minutes, people walking by, no one even brought us ice water. Then Kyle the bartender came over introduced himself and took our orders. He served us through the entire meal and was very good. Made an excellent Blue Long Island for me. He took our Keno tickets in, etc…. Happy they have a bartender who keeps his eyes on the room and stepped up to help out. Tittabawassee Rd restaurant should staff better. 5 stars for Kyle

I enjoy buffalo wild wings, this one is no different. But sometimes it can be hard to enjoy it. The food is always pretty good, the atmosphere even when busy is enjoyable, but its the service thats hurts the experience. The servers are always pretty nice but I will order something and it ends up coming 20 to 45 minutes later, which when busy makes sense but it happens every time even when the orders are pretty simple, they on a regular basis get orders wrong, which usually isn’t a problem cause the servers are nice enough to fix it free of charge, but it gets annoying when it happens every other time you go. Im not saying its a bad restaurant but it needs some things to be fixed once these things are fixed they could definitely be one of the best around. So all in all good food great atmosphere just not great service.

First off, I’d give our server 5 stars! She was very kind and handled the situation with grace. I’m giving less stars total because it was severely understaffed which meant the kitchen was not equipped to get our food out in a timely manner at all, which is not their fault as one or two people can only do so much at a time. This is ok to do to any of the staff as the servers usually take the brunt of complaints and lost wages if the food takes forever. PLEASE STAFF THE KITCHEN AND YOYR RESTAURANT BETTER!

If this was the only Buffalo Wild Wings I had ever been to, I wouldn’t go back. My family and I went there for supper. We arrived Sunday 1-18-2026 around 5pm. The waitress was nice but over worked. The appetizers came to the table. I got
cheese curds. They were cold and more than half were burnt and had a burnt flavor. Four of the 5 of us got extremely burnt cold fries. I got the original chicken dippers. They seemed very flat compared to the chicken tenders. I definitely won’t be coming back to Saginaw as I live by Lansing. I’m not sure I’ll even go back to Lansing due to the fact the new chicken dippers do not even compare to the old chicken tenders.

Terrible service. The whole bar and wait staff muddled together in the kitchen. It was a slow night. Took us two hours to eat. Bartender doesn’t know how to pour a drink on the rocks. Just went to BWW after a long work shift yesterday. After we ordered our drinks (water, and a pop) my husband got sick and needed to leave. He went to the car as I informed our waitress of the situation. To my surprise I was still asked to pay for the pop that I only took 4 sips of, we were in the restaurant for a total of 10 minutes 5 of those minutes were standing waiting to be seated. As someone who loves BWW and frequents this place almost monthly I was so surprised that I was still charged $4 for a barely drunken drink. My waitress was very nice but come on that’s ridiculous that’d they lose a return customer over a $4 drink. Picture of the drink and receipt included.

The place is lively and active with so many TVs of all types of channels and games for kids and adults to enjoy. The food was not so bad, but I think could be better. The staff were nice and friendly.

As we walk in the door, a customer is ahead of us wants to be seated on the patio. Hostess Tamara makes quite a face & a huff, like she is bothered by him. Correct me if I am wrong….but isn’t it HER JOB to make customers feel welcomed & ask what seating preference we might have?
Is it wrong as a customer to expect friendly & welcoming attitudes?? No…it is not!!! You are in a service oriented job. Smile & suck it up. We all work hard, are tired & have issues going on in our lives but you leave that at the door when walking into work. Several customers walked in behind us & that is when a manager needs to get out on the floor & help out when he/she is needed. Is there a manager even here??? This all happened before we even got a table. Hope our dinner is good since we decided to stick it out. So far our server Kaitlyn has been good & said she is still new here & learning.

Took us over an hour to get our food, they had two big groups but that was literally all they had. The restaurant was almost completely empty. The fries were hard and cold, half the wings were cold, the service was mediocre. All the waitresses were literally just standing talking because it was so dead. They also messed up two out of the three orders by missing basic toppings.

Worst service ever. Came in tonight to have a drink and order takeout. I told the bartender that I had a very large order and he didn’t write anything down. We were missing two items when it came out and they weren’t even on the receipt. So he never even rang them in. Told me it would take 4 minutes for the missing wings and I sat there for another 15 minutes waiting while the rest of my food got cold. I had to get up and walk to the door to have someone get my missing food after sitting there for the 15 minutes that was supposed to take 4. Not even an apology about it. Literally the worst Bdubs every single time I visit. Will not ever return here.
