Overall not a very pleasant experience. Our waitress Stacie was very nice but the food took FOREVER to come out. One of our party members didn’t get their food until after the rest of us were finished. Relatively busy so I understand sometimes the kitchen can get backed up. However Stacie was very accommodating

Food was good! Just really disappointed with the service. We sat down and order an appetizer and drinks and waited about 20 minutes to get my margarita. As we finished the appetizer it took the server Skyler about 45 minutes to come over and take our food order because she forgot about us.

Boyfriend and I visited on a Saturday around 5. We seated ourselves and were greeted within minutes. Had an amazing server, Zacary. He showed us some things we weren’t aware of, like rewards and suveys on the BWW app. We started with the House Sampler. First time trying the chicken nachos, delicious! Ordered the Triple Bacon Cheeseburger and the Bacon Patty Melt. Both perfectly made and very satisfying. Great experience at this location. Would definitely recommend.

This place was filthy. No clean tables, staff leaning in the kitchen. If it looks that bad in the lobby and with food and trash on the floor what does the kitchen look like. Can’t tell you about the food we left. The last time it was almost as bad but at least found one clean table. Gross.

Never used to be a big fan of BWW. But this location has constantly good food with very little waiting. Very nice bar selection as well. Service was great tonight as well

The food was decent—crispy, hot, and enjoyable enough—but nothing that really set it apart or made it memorable. What did stand out, though, was the service. Our waitress couldn’t have been kinder or more attentive, and her friendly energy really carried the whole dining experience. Sometimes it’s not just about what’s on the plate, but who’s bringing it to you—and in this case, she made the visit worth it.

2025 summer has been feeling like 1995 again when this was the only location in the area. Flint on Linden rd has been hard to beat for burger and whatnot, but this year has brought back faith in this place.
