We love this BWWs! Them Boneless Wings! The food comes out hot and the service is prompt. Fantastic staff! They’re always willing to accommodate our large groups, too! Great atmosphere! You’ll never miss a game as they have a ton of TVs. But what really makes this BWWs special is their incredible involvement in the community. They show up and give back in many ways! Their investment in our Clio community is outstanding! Thank you BWWs for all that you do! Monique and Kristen, you are amazing! We’ll definitely be back again soon!

I stopped by for a midweek late afternoon lunch and was seated immediately. I ordered the regular tater tots and 20 pieces boneless. Both came out hot and fresh and were delicious.
A sports bar theme with lots of TVs, low/high-top seating, and a full bar. Excellent service. Very clean. It’s expensive for what you get, but I was in the mood for wings. It appears from the reviews that they may be hit or miss, but today was a hit for me. I would recommend it.

My family and I went out to eat last night (Saturday). The door was a little packed it was very busy, the wait for food was long but our server was very funny and entertaining and made it worth staying for. She also went out of her way for my nieces by offering her own paper and pens to draw on while they were having a hard time sitting for so long. Our servers name was Bre, she really made the visit worthwhile and we will always be asking for her when we come back!

Stopped in for a quick bite while in the area. We chose the 6 for $20 deal and were able to take a few leftovers for later. Service was very fast 10 min tops from the time we were seated. Food was hot and we were checked on by our server often.

Buffalo wild wings in birch run
Started off good. Got to my table, while the drink was wrong, it was not due to the waitress, my drink was delayed after the mix up, a bud light tall boy.
We ordered our food and started with the onion rings, the large platter, they came out nice and hot, fried nicely with a nice golden brown color,
Our food came out hot and ready boneless wings were a little over sauced and my woman’s wrap was poorly wrapped (wrapped relatively loose for a wrap) food was amazing however, and everything seem to be in order.
Waitress was tentative, Grace, she had a nice Hustle through the floor and checked to make sure all is well, she was present with a smile, and an amazing attitude. Grace did not present our food rather another waitress: Gabby, she was quick and efficient, I would rather one waitress attend our table as my tip would go to her and not the other waitress. Overall 4 stars cleanliness, friendliness and hospitality were all above the normal and recommend this Buffalo wild wings if you are ever in the area

Stopped in today on the idea we had more time. Our server was WONDERFUL! we had my step son’s join us after we had ordered and she was so accommodating! We were perfectly fine with food being served separately, and our family owns a small restaurant so we try to clean up after ourselves. I didnt get her name and of course he paid, she had brownish hair and bangs, she gave us hugs when we left. so yes, whatever your name was we do understand the ’tis the season’ comment and we hope you and your family have a very merry Christmas and happy new year!

Delicious food! Prices went up and the menu is slimmed down. The Boneless wings are expensive and doesn’t come with a side, so that was a disappointment. Kids menu could have better options. The strawberry lemonade was very good! Overall, would still go back, but maybe during lunch for better prices.

The last two times we have visited BWWs Birch Run have been subpar at best. We sat for over an hour to get our food (mind you this isnt busy time and plenty of tables were open) both times. Today we arrived just before 2. We were seated by 2:15 and did not receive our meals until 3:20. Our server informed us the wait was for the wings. Once we received our meal it was luke warm. The cheese on the wedges had hardened and two of our meals did not have the correct sauce on the wings. The fries were also cold. Our server was friendly but didnt seem concerned that we were going oj an hour of no food. We are disappointed and don’t plan to come back after two less than spectacular visits.

I’ve been at this location before, but this time was the absolute worse experience. The greeter was cleaning tables, while we and others in front of us waited. No “busboys”… Once my wife and I got a table, we sat there for 10 minutes before a waitress came. Another 45 minutes to get our food. I had to ask for a water refill. We watched a group of 12 come in, stand at the greeter desk, no greeter present. That group ended up walking out. Hundreds of dollars were lost right there. We asked for our check when our food was delivered because we were now running late for our next stop we needed to make. She then took our card and bill and walked to a table of 6 and took their order while holding my card in her hand, while we sat there waiting, again…this time just pay so we could leave. We will probably never visit this location again.
A few suggestions for management. Have a greater be a greeter. Acknowledge people when they come in. Hire busboys to clean tables. Have waitresses be more attentive.
