Had to make a reservation here during super bowl in order to get in and I dont regret it. Food may had gotten to us slow but again it was during super bowl so it was to be expected, Atmosphere was lively and actually made the experience amazing, Server was nice, kind and attentive to my tablet even with the busyness of that day. Overall all enjoyed every bit of it.

food was good but the boneless wings were small . Order a 10 piece comes out like a 5 piece. Not a fan probably wouldn’t come back. By the way that’s not a buffalo it’s a bison.

This was supposed to be a 10 piece boneless buffalo and 10 piece bbq. When I say I literally had to drive home in silence because I was so pissed!

Took it back to get a refund, for the manager to look me dead in my face and say we don’t do cash refunds… and gave me a gift card The lack of incompetence that was going on in that restaurant had me HOT!!

It’s really sad when you cant just go grab something as simple as some boneless wings nomore bro! Like how do you get that wrong?

I visited this location today around 3pm and was very disappointed. The wings were incredibly dry, making it hard to even get the meat off the bone. They were barely warm and tasted as though they had been reheated, with sauce added on top before serving. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this place.

We’ve somehow found ourselves becoming regulars here and look forward to our visits. The food is consistently well prepared and served hot, they have Angry Orchard on tap, and above all, the service is top notch. Khiry and Nicole always take great care of us and we’re always extra happy to see one or both of them on duty when we stop in!

I ordered from this location about 2 weeks ago (01/23/26) via the app. The order was placed around 9pm with estimated arrival time to be around 10pm. At 10:30pm the app was not updating so I called the restaurant. They said the order has not been picked up and they would add extra sauce for the issues. At 11:00pm still not updated so I called again and asked if my food was sitting under a heat lamp for 2 hours now and indicated I did not want it (or would like fresh). That is when I got the manager on the phone (Trey Brown). He told me that he would refund the order and at that time I was not okay with just a refund. I was expecting maybe a free app or something, but he got really upset with this request. The proceeded to tell me that if that wasn’t good enough he wouldn’t process the refund and I would have to contact corporate for a refund. I eventually asked for his name and he refused to give it to me, so when I contacted corporate I wouldn’t have a name. So I called back later to eventually get the information from the person that answered the phone. Now it has been 12 days and still no refund for an order over $40. I contacted corporate 5 days ago without resolution.
I would highly recommend not dining here (based on similar comments of a manger telling people not to come back) or delivery due to this incident.

Buy one get one free traditional wings on Monday is nice. Most of the wings were okay could have used some more sauce especially on the buffalo wings that I ordered, didn’t really have any sauce on them at all. Food was ready at about the time they said it would be. Fried pickles were good.

Was recently in your 12 and mound road location for dinner with my family 1-9-2026

We waited to be seated, no big deal it’s a Friday and games were on.
We get seated by Lee the waiter and then have to wait over 20 minutes to bring us menus or even awknowledge that we’re there. We finally get menus order our drinks which takes atleast another 10 minutes to bring 2 Pepsi and one draught beer, again still not a problem. We ordered our food (all American burger, 6 boneless wings, and 5 tenders with various sauces, and a crispy BUFFALO chicken wrap) the wrong wrap was delivered and we sent it back to be corrected, Lee proceeded to give us the correct wrap that was previously delivered to the wrong table (gross) but upon that delivery the wrap was still incorrectly made , all the fries were way over cooked on all orders and the burger and wings were cold upon delivery to our table. We asked to see a manager and she waddled over and said “I have answers but your not gonna like it” we explained our discrepancy about all the food and she just took it all away and said “have a good night and walked away”

I feel like she didn’t even try to correct the issues with anything and just basically kicked us out of the establishment after being there patiently waiting for our dinner for almost 2 hours just to be left with no dinner and a super sour taste in my mouth about the whole company and how they treat their paying customers.
I also feel somewhat discriminated against due to the fact that Lee went tender to all his other tables frequently (even before any problems arose) and just so happens that we were his only Caucasian table. This is very disheartening and I am ashamed of the way your employees and managers handle situations.

Absolutely ridiculous that this place closes at 11 and their doors were LOCKED at 10:20pm for a carryout. Manager claims they turned off their ordering at 10, an hour before you close? But if you go online it takes you all the way through payment saying it’ll be ready in 15 minutes even as late as 10:35… says nothing about it being placed for the next day. We would’ve never ordered if it said that? Check the timestamp of that screenshot. And then the manager is mad there’s a bunch of people there for carryouts? So unprofessional. This location loves to earn their bad reviews.
