B-Dubs is generally my go-to place for chain restaurant wings. I usually get 10 and the service is generally okay except sometimes there is nobody at the front and today was particularly bad. I ordered my food at 8:15 pm and I didn’t get my food until about 9:50. And I should have opened the box to count them because I only got nine wings. I was supposed to get five and five but they gave me four of one flavor and five of the other. I’ll probably come back because the food is generally better than Wingstop or wings etc, but avoid Saturday nights

No burgers available. No ranch available. That alone signals poor inventory control and lack of operational oversight. We waited over an hour for food in a casual dining environment. Meanwhile, staff were standing around on the service floor instead of actively supporting the kitchen or managing guest expectations. There was no urgency, no coordination, and no visible leadership presence. The food quality has dropped well below acceptable standards. What used to be consistent now feels careless and poorly executed. This location does not have a service problem. It has a management problem… from inventory control to floor supervision to hygiene enforcement. Until leadership addresses operations and accountability, this experience will continue to decline.

I’ve now come here several times and not once have they been on time with their orders. The lobby is regularly filled with people waiting to be seated or waiting for their orders. At the time of writing there are 8 people waiting for their mobile orders and nothing has come out of the kitchen for 30 minutes. I can see through the kitchen window several staff standing idle and constantly checking their phones. While BWW is good overall, this individual location does not have their service in order.

Took way to long, and our food came out lukewarm at best but the server was doing alright. Letting us know about why but was taking so long. But we waited an hour and a half for cold food, and the burgers weren’t even right. Fries were basically ice cold and overall this place is just bs.

We went as a group Wednesday night to watch Purdue Michigan game. Our server was pleasant. Our food literally took the entire first half to get out. One of my buddies ordered the fried pickles. Not sure what they changed about that recipe but they were very batter heavy. I and another guy got their version of Philly cheese steak. It was good. But be careful in ordering this. The menu photo looks like it is huge. It was maybe the size of a hotdog bun. The food is expensive and not much to write home about.

Waited in a line of twenty people to get in for a good half hour. There were obvious booths and tables clear and open. Once seated, we waited 25 minutes and a server never came. Left for another place where we got a table and service in 15 minutes. Too bad. B-dubs used to be awesome.

Spent over an hour waiting after ordering online pickup. Found out that half my order was cooked and ready after being there for 20mins. Witch means that the first half was cold and dry by the time they cooked the rest. Dont get me wrong. Great place to get food from. Just really slow and under staffed. Dont go thinking they will get to you fast.

They take a long time to make orders, they will change the pick up time multiple times. The time you place the order means nothing according to the lady at the pick up counter. she was very rude.

Ordered online. Showed up was nobody at the front desk greeting people. 15 minutes after my pick up time had to make a scene to talk to a manager. Took another 10 minutes to get my food. So 25 minutes late. Order was messed up. It’s Wings Ect. Here on out.

BW3 was so good to our little Green Bay Packers group. I called at the last minute but they gave ua a great spot! They turned the TV sets we could see to the game and gave ua great service. I will not order the street tacos again-too seasoned but that was my mistake, not theirs. We will be back!!
