I was here yesterday. The appetizers were fresh and hot. However, once I got my entree, it was so disgusting. The chicken was so hard and dry. The celery tasted rubbery. I was so incredibly disappointed. The waitress never came back to check on things… after a half hour went by, the waitress then just handed my mother the check. My mom just paid so we could leave and get out of there. I told the waitress that the wings were not good and just wanted to let her know for future customers. She then asked with an attitude, “why didn’t you say anything?”….She never came back to the table. At this point it wasn’t worth the confrontation, we just wanted to leave.

Awful experience. Sat for two hours and didn’t get our food. Waitress ignored us (saw her three times). Had to flag her down. Had to go to the kitchen to get the kids meals (that was sitting there in the kitchen getting cold). When trying to get the waitress attention she waived us of. So my wife went to talk to the waitress at the waitress stand and tried to get her attention … she ignored her again so my wife gently touched her arm and the waitress yelled don’t touch me. The other waitress accused my wife of grabbing her arm. SMH. Then when we left without our food we saw the waitress reenacting my wife’s “grab”. We are extremely patient customers and had we been communicated to we would have continued. I have never been at a restaurant where the staff and the manager escalated a situation.

I usually try not to leave bad reviews… however. (Literally my second review in two years and the last one was positive.) First off, it’s an hour drive there and back. I get there and get home to find out they gave me the wrong order. Then I called a few times and it was ringing with no answer when all of a sudden I was told I couldn’t call that number anymore so I think they blocked me. So I drove all the way back with the wrong order. I tell them I got the wrong order and they go “oh, your order is right here. Here you go.” And they hand me my now two hour old food that I then had to drive home with after. (Not to mention the whole time we were there the phone was ringing and nobody seemed concerned .)The food is not good and the lettuce on my boyfriend’s burger was brown and the bacon was raw. I’d give them negative stars if I could.

The food was great but the server wasnt as attentive as we would have liked. Not only do they offer wings but they have burgers and a few other items as well. There is a bar and the alcohol selection is great. We ordered dessert to go and the chocolate cake was very rich and tasted fresh.

I hadn’t been to Buffalo Wild Wings in a few years. I had been wanting wings for a little while, and decided this was the choice!
Terribly disappointed in the wings! I ordered just basic barbecue bone-in wings, and well they were so dry and tough they had so little edible meat on the bones!
They had clearly sat under a heat lamp for probably the entire day. I wouldn’t be surprised if they were from an order not picked up or not used from the day before. That’s how bad the quality was. I even tried taking a fork to pull the meat off and it was so hard it snapped off like a piece of jerky!
Never, ever again! Not sure how any cook even felt comfortable serving these to anyone!

Waited 10 or 15 mins for server to come to table when nobody was here and server kept walking by the table for this 10 or 15 mins! Then they don’t honor the 15 wings BOGO on app for dine in. They said only 6 or 10 wings for BOGO. Then they bring our 20 wings with 3 different sauces, celery, and carrots all in one big pile on a plate all mixed up. Then we get our chili queso dip appetizer and the container is half full even with added chili in the dip. Then the coupon in app is buy one get one free in app but they try give me buy one get one 50% off when bill came. This place is horrible service, food etc.. Stay far away from this rip off place!!

I really like bdubs but I rarely go unfortunately. Although, this location gave me the worst overall experience. I know Thursday nights can be busy, but this was not acceptable. My online order was small and for two people. The confirmation receipt noted the order would be ready for pickup by 7:10pm. I arrived a little after 7:20 and my food was not ready until a little over an hour later. I kept going up to the desk asking about my order and they kept saying “it’ll be ready soon”. Come to find out that my order was put in the warmer at some point while I had been waiting there. It was in there for so long that the food was COLD. Not sure why a “warmer” does not keep the food warm and why I had to wait over an hour for cold food to which they forgot my fries. I had to go back in and wait even longer. Terrible experience and will not go again.

Hi my name is Lance, and I came in to the Buffalo Wild Wings in Mishawaka on Grape Rd, at 10:10 on Sunday evening October 19th. I was very reluctant to come at that time because I know you guys close at 11, but I and a couple of coworkers (we are fellow industry workers) were just getting of work and not much is open at that time so we decided to come in. We had the pleasure of being served by an amazing worker on your team by the name of Allessia (forgive me if I spelled her name wrong) who did not make us feel unwelcomed, was nice, attentive, knowledgeable and all around pleasant, and hospitable! We were even helped with our rewards by a young lady named Olivia! We just wanted to shout them out, and say thanks for making our experience pleasant and we will return (earlier than 50 minutes before close haha) again on future sundays because of them!

Absolutely horrendous. We placed a pick up order through the app and they couldn’t even get that right. Left out my wings and expected me not to have dinner. Did not want to remake the food so my husband and I could have fresh food for dinner after wasting our gas and having to waste and extra 20 min for our food. The manager Destiny was horrendous has horrible customer service didn’t want to make the situation right because of their messed up. Definitely will not revisit this location again. Poor customer service and the accuracy is horrendous
