We went in today January 26 for some breakfast before starting our day. After our order was taken, it took no joke almost an hour for the food to arrive, our coffees cold, our drinks gone, and to get refills was a complete adventure, we had to get up MULTIPLE time for napkins, straws, refills, our waiter Debra kept forgetting or ignoring almost everything, don’t get me wrong, she is kind, but has little to no patience at all. The food was alright, it didn’t taste as good as it would’ve with a better experience. If we had been told our food was going to take a while, we would’ve understood, but our waitress wasn’t ever checking on our table to inform us of anything. I had to bother another waitress who was busy, just because she was the only one nearby. We ordered an entire loaf of banana bread since it’s cheaper, and we got one that should’ve been sold two days ago, January 24th. I understand getting rid of food so nothing goes to waste, but dates are there for a reason, not to be ignored. We have been coming here for years, my entire family and I, and to be honest, we’ll keep on coming because we like it here, just have this bitter taste from today’s experience.

I usually come here once a month for breakfast and food and service is good. Today our family decided to come in for dinner. Food was good. Service wasn’t so great, benefit of a doubt that it was a long day for waitress. We all have those. So I understand.
However I placed a to go order to take home and the dessert Strawberry Supreme pie looks like it was scrapped off someone else’s plate. Usually I’m pretty good about checking my to go order before I leave. But it was getting late and I didn’t. ♀️

I ordered a steak and chicken dinner. The steak was super well done and the chicken was just okay. They did not ask how I like my steak which should have been a tip off. My friend got the pork and said it was too salty to eat. Overall not good

I ordered carry-out; ordered online, picked up at the to-go order station. Everything pictured is what was ordered and received (loaf of banana bread, and the 3 course Turkey Dinner). Everything was warm and tasty. I did miss out on the ranch dressing, but I always keep some on hand at work. I’ve been dining here for over 35 years and it’s always comforting to enjoy classics that my mother and grandmother literally prepared when they worked at Bob Evans!

I ordered delivery . The last couple of meals I have ordered were not good. Tonight I ordered the fried chicken patty with stuffing and corn. The chicken was a burnt, shriveled tiny piece of meat.
I also ordered a salad, soup and biscuits. Last week I ordered biscuits and gravy . The cup of gravy was only half full and biscuits were like rocks. Im disappointed because this has been a go to place for me.

I come to Bob Evan’s a few times a week, and it never disappoints. My breakfast is always delicious and cooked exactly to order. The coffee is fresh and tasty — the perfect start to the day.
I especially want to give a shout-out to Karen, who is truly an asset to the company. She’s friendly, attentive, and always makes my visits feel welcoming.

Ordered through Uber Eats, Got there food wasn’t ready yet, no problem. About 10 minutes later I got a notification on the app the food was ready, and was advised by the girl at cash to go down to the end. Now I’m back to the first girl I spoke too. She asked me how she could help, and I said I got the notification it was ready, and she responded, “it’s not and I can’t make the food come out any faster.” Didn’t need the side comment, when the app told me its ready, and I was simply checking in. Didn’t have a problem with the wait time since I understand things can take longer. But have a problem when the order is late and missing items. Not even going to bother going back and try to fix a problem with the one girl, since her attitude was already poor from a simple ask.
