First off, we are from out of town. We wanted to get out of the car and stretch and eat. We parked and as we walked up to the building, my wife seen the stickers on the door that stated “Takeout and Delivery”. The building has no decals on the windows and looks very uninviting. I thought the place was closed because there was trash outside and there were no hours stickers on the door. We pulled on the door and to our amazement, there was a full restaurant inside.
We waited about 5 minutes and some guy in normal clothes said, “What’s up? Just 2 of you today?” He walked to the booth we were going to be seated at, he placed the menus on the table and walked away. We didn’t know who was going to be our server or anything. Finally, a lady walked up and took our order. A 3rd guy brought out our food who wasn’t our server…
The restaurant was completely empty besides 3 tables being occupied by other families. The floor was dirty, booth seats weren’t wiped down, and there was trash under a lot of the tables. Toothpicks on the floor and don’t even ask about the bathrooms! All I can say is…. do better! I know now why it’s been almost 8 years since I’ve eaten at a Buffalo Wild Wings. This restaurant just makes me not want to ever go back to one.
If I could give this place 0 stars, I absolutely would! But their food was OK…

I definitely do not plan to buy again in this restaurant, 3 times I bought food here and 3 times my meal takes more than 1 hour. I understand that it may take 30 minutes but 1 hour? seriously? something on the service must change.
Managers pay a little more attention to your staff as many sit around talking while the meal takes more than an hour.

I ordered through Grub Hub and was excited to get my boneless wings. What I got was breaded nuggets with barely any chicken meat. They were hard, overcooked, and lacked flavor. Even worse the celery was spoiling which really disappointed me because I love celery and blue cheese. I will definitely NOT be ordering from BWW again.

This is probably the worst Buffalo Wild Wings experience I’ve had, and I’ve been many times in 20 years. We typically love BW3. Ordered a large amount from here for a party. Our party was .2 miles away, so there was no issues with temperature BUT we ordered 60 boneless wings and they were devastatingly bad. I was embarrassed when I found out how bad they were. The bone in wings looked fine, though. No one ended up eating much of it and most of it was thrown away. I can’t eat much, but tried a couple but they tasted like solid breading?! Thought it was just my luck. Talked to my husband, who loves wings and only had like 3. He said all of his were like that. Went through the leftovers before throwing it all out and they looked as if the pieces we got were the bottom of a frozen bag crumbs that were fried once and then refried to heat up? The chicken inside had almost dehydrated. We didn’t let them sit, so it wasn’t because of that. I’ve never had such pitiful chicken before, if you can call it that. They also mixed up almost every flavor sticker and put them on the wrong ones and people got the wrong flavors. Aka very spicy and mild flavors. Not awesome. Luckily, most of them were visibly obvious but half weren’t. The bone in wings weren’t labeled at all

Service was pretty good or waitress was great. The environment however, the building has a damp mildew, like smell made a dirty carpet smell maybe.tge restaurants floors were trashed we were seated at partially cleaned table, and the floor was filthy! Crushed chips and French fries etc. beneath out feet, I will never. Do that again. I’ve normally sat at the bar which is probably why I never noticed how gross the floor was under the tables. At least the food is good, that I must admit! Food always comes out fresh and hot! Orders are also accurate which is very important to me! I admit I’ll be going back just not sitting at a table!

The food was good and fresh the only down side is they only had one waitress. She had to cover all the tables by herself. They had other staff there but none was waiting tables. She had awesome customer service always kept a smile on her face.

Please do not order at this location, my boneless wings were overcooked, the receptionist had the most nastiest attitude and he act like it was a problem when I asked for the condiments THAT I PAID FOR! Couldn’t even eat my food absolutely ridiculous.
