went to Buffalo Wild Wings and I have to say the wings are absolutely amazing. I tried the combo with traditional and boneless wings, served with fries and coleslaw, and everything was delicious! Each wing was perfectly seasoned and juicy, with the sauce just right. I paired it with a cold beer, which went perfectly with the spicy wings. The service was fast and the atmosphere was lively. I definitely recommend this place if you want to enjoy a great wings combo and beer with friends or family.

Took more than 15 mins to get waited on for a water. Watched a man clean his own table to sit. Others were waiting more than an hour for their food. BUFFALO WILD WINGS needs to get it together.

We went to Buffalo Wild Wings yesterday with our two boys and arrived near the end of the Bengals game. We expected it to be busy but figured the crowd would clear out soon. Thankfully, there was no wait for a table, and we ordered right away. Pretzel knots, two kids’ meals, the appetizer sampler, and six traditional wings.
Unfortunately, after sitting there for over an hour, we still hadn’t received our appetizer. The table next to us even asked for their check before getting the rest of their food because they had already been waiting so long. At that point, we decided to leave since it had been over an hour and nothing had come out yet.
We still left our waiter a good tip because it clearly wasn’t his fault since he was losing money too. Really disappointing overall, especially since we were looking forward to a simple family dinner out.

Used to be really good. We went today, and just about everything went wrong. The food had tiny portions, almost no sauce on the wings, and the service was slow and unhelpful. And to top it off, the bill for 5 little pretzels, drinks, and measly cauliflower wings for two was FORTY DOLLARS. Absolutely ridiculous. We will be taking our business to Rooster’s from now on.

My younger sister had placed a DoorDash order at your location. She was missing a couple items which is fine. We will make sure to report it to DoorDash, but my cause and concern of this Review will be because of your poor customer service. How very rude they are! I had called and asked for corporate’s number! And one of your employees replied “give me one moment”. “I’ll be right back”. “I’ll go get it for you”. And immediately hangs up on me! But that is absolutely fine, I will find corporate’s number myself.

I was here at lunch time (1230pm EST)
I sat at the bar, and got a beer, on a Thursday. If you’re in the mood for wings come here on a Tuesday (for bone in wings) or a Thursday (for boneless wings) and they are cheap versus the other days. I got 10 wings for $7. A good deal considering.
The dining room and the bar are both clean. It has been updated since I’ve been here last (like 2 years ago maybe?)
It’s loud (typical sports bar) , so if you’re not into loud places, you may want to get your order to go.
They have a nice variety of drinks and serve Pepsi products for people not into getting alcohol with their meal.
They have a payable digital juke box, that fits very well with the modern theme they have going on.
The only drawback during my visit was I waited over 25min for my meal. Not a big deal really, I’d rather wait for quality than have it hurried for bad quality food.
Great job to the entire staff and management! Keep up the hard work!

My client wanted to go there! It was very busy. We had to sit ourselves! Waited for 10 minutes before someone brought a menu. Took 10 minutes before they came back to take our order! Took longer to get our food! Onion rings were to crunchy. Chicken sandwich was the best! No one came around asking if we wanted a refill or anything! I asked another lady for napkins. Another lady came to table with silverware and napkins. No refills for our drinks. They didn’t ask if we wanted any dessert or anything else! Gave us the bill for us to pay up!! Last time I go there!!! Didn’t leave a tip due to having 5 different women coming to our tables 1 to take our order,1 for our 1 and only drink. Another one brought our food another 1 with silverware and napkins then the last 1 for our bill!

Robin and the girls were great at the bar. Ordered wings to go and they were horrible, extremely overcooked and dry, barely any meat. Took it back into the mgr and he was speechless after I showed him. I just left the box on the counter and walked out. I’ll come back for drinks but, the food here needs a major improvement as others have suggested.
