Food was amazing. Came in with my girlfriend, she got a breakfast burrito and I got a chessey quesadilla, the food turned out amazing. Was pleased by the service by 2 out of the 3 staff. Jeff checked us out and was very kind, gave recommendations when we asked, James was also amazing, he was quick about making the food and also gave recommendations when we asked and explained everything very well when questions were asked. Now the kylie that took our orders was extremely rude, she asked my girlfriend if peppers and onions were okay on her breakfast burrito in which my girlfriend asked for just pepers no onions and kylie very rudely went “well they are together. What do you expect me to do just pick them out especially for you?” Like my girlfriend was supposed to know they were together. The when my girlfriend asked about sauce on the burrito because she didn’t see it listed, she rudely said that it had quaso cheese like it said and if she absolutely felt the need to change it she could have salsa or just deal with no sauce. Kylie also just acted like having to be there and do her job was a nonstop inconvenience and was rude to more than just us, including customers in wheelchairs before us, making snarky comments under her breath about them. So food was amazing, but honestly they would have been better off without kylie, as she seemed to be doing very little of her job, and was overall extremely rude. But Jeff and James were absolutely amazing and would say 5 star employees.

Honestly this place is great, all the restaurants in the food district are but we started with bubbakoo’s the wait was to be expected as people are learning the ropes.
My fiancée ordered a burrito and we did find that the portion size given did not match the price we paid for it. Chicken was alright but subtle flavor.
I ordered a chiwawa and honestly it saved this place. Absolutely phenomenal! I had it with grilled chicken, cheese and bbq. Pretty basic but delicious. Portion size for the chiwawa was great, hot and worth the price.
The only gripe I have about this location (others in the food district seem to also have this issue, is that there is a giant pole right in front of the register area. Service was great though! All employees were trying their best and doing great while others were helping.
I’m giving 4 starts solely on the fact of a lackluster burrito and the pole placement. I would absolutely recommend you come try this restaurant and all others in the food district at the casino.

Great place, I LOVE the birria fries they hit every single time I get them! However the burritos are a bit to be desired. I love the portions and they are hearty and big, but it seems as if only the meat is seasoned which leaves every other bite or so a bit bland, especially ones with mostly rice. I’m not asking to have a blast of flavor but its been noticeable the last few times I’ve bought a burrito, overall they are still a good deal!

I wanted a late night snack and asked for a side of pico de gallo and chips …they were out of the regular smaller containers…so they gave me a bigger container and a huge bag of chips and only charge $4.95 ! it’s was delicious , tasted so fresh !

DELICIOUS. I got 3 shrimp tacos and put on toppings and mango habanero and pineapple salsa on it it was the best tacos I’ve ever had. The wings are DELICIOUS. Better than BWW or anything in town. The curly fries I got for my daughter were perfect and just the right amount of crisp. I’ll be back weekly but really, if you’re considering ordering here, DO IT. You will not regret it

Worst burrito bowl I have ever had. Chips were so hard and stale I thought I was going to break a tooth. Extremely disappointed in my meal, will not be coming back. Two bowls and a chips and queso came out to 50.81$, absolutely unacceptable.

The workers were great. Very helpful. It’s like a Subway, where you pick what you want. However, we were in a hurry, so we ordered from the side that isn’t the build your own. But, they still made us build our own. When I ordered the birria dilla, they asked what protein I wanted. Birria always is shredded beef. Then asked if I wanted rice in my quesadilla. Huh? I wanted what the menu showed. Same thing happened to my friend with his order. I think he ordered some sort of pineapple burrito and still had to go through the whole lines of options. The birria has a strong taste of cinnamon, so be warned. I suppose building your own is a better option here. The boardwalk cookies were great (deep fried Oreos).

I was at the Soaring Eagle casino the other day and stopped into the food district for some lunch. The food court was kinda messy but had someone going around cleaning. I decided to stop and get some nachos from bubbakoos burritos. The service was excellent. Harmony seemed to be the only one there and working every station. She kept a positive attitude and smiled the whole time. Very helpful and personable. The food was great and I plan on going back!

I went for lunch the other day and it was amazing. Amanda provide great service to me as a manager. She was quick to helping me while still guiding another worker on what to do. I enjoyed my food, I think it was amazing and proportionate for the price. Definitely will be returning and Definitely recommend to anyone who enjoys burritos.

The food is delicious. Sawyer was so nice to me. He didn’t get mad with me or anything. He was very patient with me when ordering food. I didn’t feel rushed . My food was made and it wasn’t sloppy.
