Love y’all always have, but y’all are Trippin on the dollar Per ranch I ordered 30 wings to go and then have to pay a dollar for a half filled tiny cup of ranch not cool guys will definitely be Supporting more family owned wing Joints you gotta at least give me three ranch with 30 wings or come up with some way better containers or bottles that are for sale if y’all want to nickel and dime people maybe I’m overthinking it but I will not be buying any more wings here. Figure it out. I’ll be back in the meantime I’ll be at wings on Brookwood. Look at the time stamps on all of these orders and our online pickup time was scheduled for 6:40! we were assured at the store that the food had only been just recently prepared, I don’t think so!! Got the food home and it was definitely prepared at the time on the tickets! Called the store and spoke with the manager Summer and she said we had to bring the food back to have it remade, with a 30 minute round trip from home that wasn’t an option! Wasn’t willing to give a credit or anything. Disappointed in food and service

Wings tasted old and had a weird taste. Definitely disappointing to pay for food that I could not eat! Returned order only to be told it will take 5-7 business days for the money yo be returned to my account. It goes to corporate and after 24hrs corporate will issue a refund; the bank will refund the money in 3-5 business days. Times are hard! What if that was my last $20?

I was there 2/12/2026 and I’ll never go there for wings again. Those wings where fingerings, they where so tiny that I had to stop somewhere else on my way home to get something else to eat because I was still hungry. I ordered 10 wings and cheese wedges and it was more sauce than wings. Never again!!!

We bought two 20 boneless wing meals. The fries were definitely old and hard and lukewarm at best. We were missing wings from one of the meals, which is crazy for how much it cost and the wings are so tiny its almost better to buy a bag a chicken at Kroger and just buy the bdub sauce, it’s like an appetizer size. Overall it was a waste of money. Haven’t been in a long time and very sad the meal was like this. Maybe dining in is better but pickup is a negative.

Waited over 45 minutes for our order to arrive. Was told we were waiting for fresh wings, however when the food came out, the wings were ice cold. Then we were given a measly 15% discount on our bill when we didn’t even eat half of it. I can honestly say I will never be back to this bw3’s …not sure if it was the kit hens fault or our waitress…

The fries were room temperature and the wings were dry and lukewarm. The food had been sitting for awhile. With how expensive BW3s is now and how poor the quality of food and service is you’re better off going somewhere else.
