I was pleasantly surprised how good the food was. Went kinda late and the food came out hot and fresh. Had the chicken tacos and buffalo chicken dip. Both were really good. Service was good.Great location.

The host’s greeting lacked warmth, simply asking about high-top seating without a proper welcome. When we requested outdoor seating, we were taken to a dirty table that wasn’t cleaned even after our server arrived. We promptly ordered drinks and an appetizer, followed by wings once our beverages arrived.

After a lengthy wait, our wings finally appeared—but no appetizer. The wings themselves were disappointingly small and overcooked. We finished our entire meal without seeing our server again or receiving the appetizer. When we eventually tracked down our server, she seemed surprised about the missing appetizer but offered no apology when we asked to have it removed from our bill. Even when delivering the adjusted check, there was still no acknowledgment of the service failure.

The noise level was another issue, making conversation difficult even on the outdoor patio. Management should consider sound-dampening materials or lowering TV volumes so guests aren’t forced to shout over them. This was our fourth visit since their opening, and despite giving multiple chances, we likely won’t return after such a disappointing experience.

Stop by to watch college football. My wife decided to try the grilled chicken tenders as a healthier option. Won’t do this again.They’re less than half the size of a regular Chicken tender. Very disappointed.

I can only give 1 star for atmosphere and service. The 2.8 star review matches– honestly — it’s too kind for this place an its’ manager- Steven. We came in as locals who don’t get out much without our child. Decided to have a lunch date and been meaning to try this BW3s that is right around the corner from us. Went in, got seated right away. Hostess was kind. Watched servers look at us, watched other staff on their phones. Did not have anyone come up to us one time to take our drink order. The place was empty, it hardly had anyone in it. We got up and left after 12 minutes of nothing. We told the hostess who was apologetic. Called the manager as we were pulling out and he said “to each their own.” He also did not speak like a manager and told me he was taking it all in. Ymmmm…. needless to say, we will not be back.

Ive come here 4 times and definitely will not be back after this last visit.
The first time was about a year ago with my family. We were sat and told our server will be right with us. An half an hour later, we still didnt have a server and no one could answer our question as to who it even was. We just left without ordering anything.
A few weeks ago, I went with my friends. The server brought the wrong beers twice and it took two hours to get our food because “the kitchen was backed up”. I decided I wouldn’t be back.
However, I ended up with a giftcard for my birthday. I went to go use it yesterday and got turned away by the hostess because again “the kitchen was backed up and they weren’t accepting any more tables”. I didnt even know that was a thing.
I decided to use the gift card to online order to save time. I set it for 5pm. Got there at 5:15pm. By 5:45pm, my food still wasnt ready because guess what? The kitchen was backed up. I got my food finally at 6pm and once I informed them I had two bottled sodas with my order, she said she would be right back and left. 15 minutes went back and I just decided to leave without them.
Im not sure exactly what is going on at this place but I’ve given them plenty of chances to figure it out. Definitely will not be back.

Showed up a little after 9pm . Waited a second to get service . A Server walks up and takes care of us , she was very nice and even had a conversation with me for a short time about her daughter ! . We ordered drinks and appetizers, those came out fairly fast . when we ordered our food , it took a long time & only my burger came out after nearly 45 minutes , so my kids naturally started devouring my food while waiting on theirs . I was told the entire kitchen staff went on their breaks and my wings had a few more minutes . (I ordered 20 of the same flavor) there were only two tables in the entire building, mine , and one right behind me . They showed up 25 minutes after me and got their food first . My server was the best part of my dining experience. She corrected everything I had an issue with , and made sure to keep checking back , cups were refilled in a timely manner and she was respectful . As for the rude server, blonde bun on her head , a little older that was serving the other table behind me , making smart remarks as she walked by when I was correcting my own child to sit down, Please mind your own, don’t tell my child “he’s okay” when I’m telling him to do something , then proceed to whisper “golly” under your breath. That’s beyond disrespectful .
The manager also could’ve did a table touch to make sure everything was okay , instead she stayed in the back . I’ve worked in the service industry for over 8 years , and I understand that things happen . But I was very frustrated and it wasn’t to get a discount or to get free food. I’m a manager and I work first shift roughly 50 & 60 hours a week , I wanted to grab something quick for my family and I and just relax . But the delay on the food caused my children to grow impatient and start moving around . I wish I would’ve got my servers name , she was the closer tonight , and had black hair . I tipped her for the trouble and thanked her a ton , telling her it wasn’t her fault . The kitchen could’ve at least pushed the food out and then took their break. The server wasn’t the issue , it was the lack of effort in BOH . I hope my next experience is better .

I come into this location every Thursday for the Bogo bonus deal. The food is always great and usually not a bad wait time I mean I know sometimes it’s busy every restaurant is but I want to give a shout out to the front cashier girls that are up there I’m not sure of the names but one has red hair and the other told me she is fairly new and being trained with the red head they are awesome always positive and helpful and very welcoming I’ve been coming to this location for months now am I’m familiar with the red head she’s always treated me with great customer service very professional and always fulfilled my expectations. Also want to shout out Kevin he’s awesome too!! There was a couple times I’ve came on Saturday nights and management isn’t the best but I don’t fault anyone people have bad days I’d give the girl in the front a shot at it because I do know, NO matter how busy it is when I come in for my bogo the girl up front is always very nice taking criticism from angry customers just keeping calm and killing with kindness and we don’t see that a lot in restaurants anymore people don’t care and will disrespect you and still have a job the next day. I give you all 100+++ stars if I could with the good food and best people at least whom I deal with there. Keep working hard I’ll

So disappointed with this place.. everyone who ate bone in was immediately sick afterwards. 3 out of 10 people in our party ate bone in wings, and not even an hour after all 3 were sick. Our server was terrible, our drinks were empty the whole time. Food came out very drastic times, first half was done eating by the time second half got food.

I called an hour after we left here, a guy answered the phone and he had a manager get on the phone and she said she had to report this issue to the GM the next day and that the GM would give me a call back. Never got a call… it’s been a week. The other party will be contacting health department 311. We gave them a chance to make it right. We would love to come here and watch games, but never again… so disappointing all around.

Just walked in here with my family of 6 I am 28 years old and was wearing a brown jacket and brown hat (I hope the lady that profiled us recognizes who’s writing this). Walked in here and sat down at 9:35 pm after 20 min of sitting down and other people coming in and being served their drinks, we haven’t even been spoken too. I spoke up and we waived down a lady who works there to see what’s going on. After another 10 minutes of waiting a lady that works there approaches us and we finally thought we were gonna be served. Incorrect, she asks us for our id. Mind you we’ve been waiting now for half an hour and nothing was said to us. We ask why are we getting id’d if we are just dining in and not ordering alcohol ? I was with my daughter and wife and her family members. She said “it’s our policy”.

I totally understand that, I promise. But if it was the other way around and the HOSTESS would’ve been the one to id all of us. As the policy of Buffalo Wild Wings states. But no, after half an hour of sitting down wondering who’s gonna serve us we get asked for our id’s ?! Mind you after this happened WE STILL DIDNT GET SERVED lol.

I gave up and told the “Manager” what type of situation was going on. Yet he failed to recognize one of his team members was in the wrong. And told us he was sorry and that we will be served. I looked to my right of my shoulder while this conversation was going on, and near the soft drinks dispenser there was the same 4 ladies that were siting down at that table ever since we got there doing anything. I saved myself the hassle and stress and left to the location at colerain.

I am a business owner myself. I’m so so soooo glad this happened to me, when it comes to situations like this and I know I’m not at fault I always get to the bottom of it. Lady who id’d us I’ll be making sure to speak to corporate and get this resolved of some sort. I promise you promise you promise you.

P.s I came to the B dubs in colerain didn’t get ID’D asked them if I looked below the age policy they laughed and said “I’m sorry but no” got sat down in 5 minutes got my drinks right away. I will be tipping the waiter what they usually get tipped during a rush week in total.

This place is literally a hit or miss. The other day I walked in after placing an online order. I stood in the waiting area for 15 mins while I’m listening to laughing and playing in the back kitchen. So I walk over to the dinning host desk asking for assistance. Then when I finally got help the girl act like she had an attitude. I felt if anything I should be the one with attitude. To go through all that and get home and my food was nasty I was so pissed. I won’t be coming back to this location I’d rather drive further out.
