First timers, went in during Browns game atmosphere was great, service was good, we ordered sampler platter, wings and a burger. Burger looked delicious, wing i think tasted good but the texture was like they were pre fried, flavor great mango habanero wow loved the flavor, Caribbean jerk good, Tia wings good. Would try again but ask for freak fried wings

I was honestly pretty disappointed with the wings at Buffalo Wild Wings. They were way overpriced for the amount and quality we got. For what you pay, I expected a lot better.
I will say the service was actually really good and the tater tot appetizer was solid — no complaints there. But the wings themselves just didn’t live up to the price at all.

We had a party of 8 on a Saturday night and we were there for 3 hours. During the entire time only 4 or so other tables occupied. Our waiter was very friendly but never cleared off our dinner plates or glasses, even after we asked him too. Nothing like sitting around and looking at a bunch of chewed on chicken wings for hours. The wings were decent, burger over cooked and fries cold – not sure how that happens when only one other table in entire restaurant when we ordered. The empty restaurant on a Saturday night makes sense.

Decided to try BW3’s again after a year or so after having terrible food at the North Olmsted location.
We never actually had a chance to try the food at the Fairview Park location, we were greeted, sat, then apparently forgot about for 20+ minutes. Not once did a server approach us, or greet us.
Its sad that a once really good restaurant has come to this.

Ordered a beef cheese , cheese steak. I would have done better buying steakum. We had no meat on it . Very disappointed not going again even though I like wings.

Ordered uber eats with my bf and the ONLY thing I ordered wasnt delivered. Literally moving out and starving hungry. Couldn’t deliver my salad. Called in and they said there’s nothing they can do. I have to call uber and get a refund. TRASH.
