Everything was dirty…. The TVs at the table had food all over it. The bathroom had a layer of grease on the floor. Not to mention it was filthy. It was like walking on ice. Food took a hour to come out with limited customers. Food was mid at best. Definitely do not recommend. Seen this location has gone down hill unfortunately. We will never come back.

Got the all American burger. It tasted like it was a frozen burger that had seasoning in it. Like a soy bean burger. Fries seamed like they were orida fast food fries. Plus they came out cold.
Service was good, except it took slightly too long for the food to come out for how slow it was.

At roughly 2 dollars a wing, they were dry almost jerky like with very little meat and in a river of sauce, had to wait nearly 10 minutes just to be seated and the place wasn’t even crowded. Service wasn’t great either. Took them damn near a half hour to bring the check. Kinda sad when 7/11 has better chicken wings in all honesty.

It is a perfect place to watch any sporting event and grab a bite to eat. There are plenty of options for any dietary need and tons of drink options for those who like a good beer or just a nice non alcoholic beverage. The service is always friendly and prompt. They’re good at serving largee groups as well. Nothing fancy but consistently good. Not to mention, they do have really good wings!!

My wife and I stopped by this restaurant on our way back from surfing in Cleveland. We just wanted a quick bite before hitting the road — it’s a two-hour drive home. Unfortunately, the staff had other plans.
We walked in at 6:17 PM and didn’t leave until 7:50 PM. We could’ve made it home and eaten there faster.
At first, no one seemed interested in taking our order. After about 15 minutes of waiting, we flagged down a server ourselves and placed a simple order: 15 wings, some veggies, and a burger. Then we just sat there — for nearly an hour — watching other tables come and go while we were completely ignored.
Around 40 minutes later, a waitress came by and asked us again what we ordered. I repeated everything, and we finally got our food at 7:20 PM — without the veggies. I had to ask for them again. They brought them eventually, but still didn’t give us any napkins. At that point, I didn’t bother asking. Every other table around us, regardless of what they ordered, received utensils and napkins without asking. Why we were treated differently, I have no idea.
This was hands down one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. We’re never coming back.

Bartenders are great. Why there is only one drink well is beyond me. General manager doesn’t know how to make basic menu drinks and spends more time talking to staff and placing bets than being a manager. Nepotism to me if I had to guess. But the ladies are the best, they work hard even though there’s drama that customers can hear

Would have loved to rate the food but didn’t eat here. Wanted to get some wings and a beer and watch the baseball game with my daughter. Waited to be seated and was totally ignored for 15 minutes. Not even an acknowledgment as we sat at the front bench next inline. This restaurant needs to realize they are not the only ones in town as we left and found another place to eat.

In from out of town the food was bad flat out. cheese sticks under cooked, onion rings undercooked, boneless wings were rock hard and my burger was not really edible. Really overall it was just a bad experience. Waited for a while to get acknowledged waiting to be sat. I couldn’t tell if they were short handed or if they just didn’t care.

We always get our boneless wings from this Buffalo Wild Wings in Mentor on Diamond Center, especially this time of year, and they never disappoint. The customer service is consistently great. The team always double-checks the order and makes sure everything is right. That attention to detail is a real difference maker. The food is always cooked perfectly, the inside is spotless, and the staff is genuinely friendly. I also like that there’s a clear dine-in side and a takeout side. Makes it quick and easy. We only do takeout, but from what I’ve observed, the dine-in service looks just as good. Highly recommend this location for take out!

Truly one of the worst restaurants experiences I had. The food was ok at best, burnt a bit. The store was kind of dirty and especially in the bathrooms. And lastly the waiter was not the best, and they alter the tip I gave them to charge me more.
