Great food and atmosphere. Been trying to get my family to go here on a weekly basis but they complain that it takes too long for the wings to come out. I tell them perfection takes time. If the people eating at the restaurant could have orders prioritize over the online orders that be great so we do t have to wait an 45 min to an hour to get those delicious wings!

This location tends to get very busy. Lots of restaurants have challenges these days, but this Bdubs really seems to struggle. On my last visit I ordered carry out and waited a full 40 minutes from the time my food was supposed to be ready (~30 minutes after ordering). I got home to find the food was cold and didn’t include the sauce I ordered. Still like their food, but I’d eat in or use a food service in the future – those orders seem to get priority from the kitchen.

Went here for the super bowl My first server when I got there did a fantastic job The second server did a pretty good job I think the problem that always arises and it happens at when there’s a shift change is that the server that takes over sometimes totally forgets about you which kind of was the case during the super bowl not that they weren’t totally busy cuz Buffalo wild wings wasn’t but I feel like for the amount of time I was there and whatnot I could have been checked on a little bit more regular by the second server that was helping out

I’ve been sitting on this one for a while but really needs to be said. Orders are never ready for pickup. I have tried showing up 20 minutes after estimates and still wait another 20. When you walk in, nobody greets you. You awkwardly stand at the front and look around and wait. Maybe I should get one star for being silly enough to keep giving this place my money. I’m writing this review as I wait and an employee just told the 6th person in a row that their order isn’t ready. Hire some folks who care. Fix your workflow. Horribly run location.
