Today was the worst experience ever at a Buffalo’s. We sat and it took 1.5 hours to get our food!! Then on top of that it was cold!! The manager’s assistant did come out and apologize.
I understand when a restaurant is crazy busy, but there were like people at maybe 10 tables. Not crowded at all. No excuse for cold food when you order fried food!!!
It was not the servers fault.
The kitchen was the worst I had ever seen!!!
Will not be back!!!

Ordered online for pick up at 620pm at 530pm. We showed up to pick our food up at 625 an waited over an hr for our food. Finally got our food at 730. No apologies or anything. They were giving door dashers preference over or orders it felt like has they walked in a left with hardly no wait. No Manager in site to talk to about it. An. Nothing was done when we asked why it took so long. When we finally got home to eat the food is was all cold like it was just sitting in the back waiting to be brought out to us.

I almost passed this up because of the reviews. But decided to give it a shot. Stopped in for lunch. Is it a 5 star restaurant? No, but its a good BWW. We were seated quick, waitress got to us quickly for drinks. The food was HOT, right out of the fryer. And the service was very good. Happy we stopped in.

Blacklisted. Been in here twice. Servers are very unfriendly. I asked to have a monitor changed to the keno game and they changed the one directly over my head. We never even got to order food tonight we were ignored after the tv request. Go across the street to Fricker’s. They are very welcoming there.

Visited on a Monday night while traveling through the area. There were lots of seating but the location was incredibly understaffed. We waited almost 10 minutes before someone noticed that we needed to be seated and the young man who seated us was also clearing tables, bringing out food, and acting as host.
Our waiter Eric was very attentive and very friendly. Food and drinks both arrived in a very timely manner. Everything was hot and exactly as ordered. No complaints.
However due to the short staff over two dozen tables sat for the entire time we were there uncleaned and untouched.
The only issue we personally had was one of the waitresses took her break at a table immediately behind us to chat with friends. She was incredibly loud and used a ton of profanity which really upset my mother. As someone representing the business and in uniform it seemed out of place and unprofessional.
Would recommend and would go again because there really isn’t much in the area.

I never leave reviews, let alone negative reviews but this has constantly bothered me for a year now. When you place a takeout order, it is never ever ready on time. I even purposely will come in 15 min later than my pickup time and it is still never ready and the employees at the desk have no empathy for the wait when giving you your food. I understand it is busy and I’m sure they are getting it out as quickly as possible, but if that’s the case make the wait longer in the app/when you call. We get Bdubs twice or so a month and we love the food, it is always great, but I am typing this at 5:55pm still waiting for my pickup that was scheduled for 5:30 with my car running in the takeout parking spot.

Went to BWs for adult sons birthday, waited over 15 minutes to get seated, never happened. Our group and 2 other groups seated ourselves, much to the chagrin of the wait staff. Then 10+ minutes for drink orders, over 45 minute wait for food. Wings came out cold. Bad experience overall. My son reminded me this happened last year as well. Cannot recommend. Maybe next year go to Frickers for wings. The entire joint seemed focused on to go orders not much help for the poor souls who go inside for a family dining experience.

Smallest wings I’ve ever seen at any price, let alone $1.40 each. Empty restaurant, 20+ minutes for simple wings and tots. $50 check for two (20 wings, one large shared side and one soft drink). I just don’t see how they stay in business long term with the cost/portion ratios. The sauce containers in the photo are maybe 1.5″ round for reference.

If it could be 0 star it would. Restaurant was NOT busy but the sound was beyond loud requested it to be turned down but it was turned back up, commercials were so loud you couldn’t hear the person next to you. Service was horrible, waitress was hardly around, food was served cold, had to request for drink refills, costs too much to be served bad food.
Fremont your staff was hanging out not doing very much. Won’t be back.
