Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else besides this Buffalo Wild Wings. This location is consistently awful. The wings are always cooked to an inedible crisp—overcooked, bone-dry, and sharp enough to cut your mouth on the first bite. To hide the damage, they drown the wings in excessive sauce, clearly hoping customers won’t notice the burnt taste underneath. It doesn’t work.

I raised this issue again today, and the response was insulting. Staff disappeared into the back, claimed they were “making new wings,” but never brought out a new box or removed the old one. Instead, the same box came back with even more sauce dumped on top. The wings were still visibly burnt—arguably worse than before. When I pointed out that it looked like they just shuffled the wings around, I was told they were newly made. If they were, that’s even more concerning.

This is not a one-time issue—it’s a pattern. I’ve been to the Campus/Polaris location multiple times, and nothing ever changes. Poor food quality, careless handling, and zero accountability. This place either doesn’t care or doesn’t know how to cook wings properly. Either way, it’s not worth your money or your time.

I also attempted to submit feedback through Buffalo Wild Wings’ “Reach Out” form as suggested, but the website appears to be broken. When entering a full address or even just a city, the form repeatedly states that there are “no stores,” making it impossible to submit a complaint. This only adds to the frustration, as there seems to be no functional way to contact the company directly.

Took my wife and 2 kids to the afternoon lunch. The food came out quick and it was delicious. I got the Double cheeseburger meal and my wife got the spicy chicken sandwich. After our meal was complete, we got a free dessert. We got the Chocolate Chip Cookie Skillet. It came out hot and with ice cream on top. My youngest daughter ate most of it.

Great service.

They said the wings would be ready in 20min, I knew that’d be wrong so I left my house in 30min, got there 45 min after I placed order thinking that’d be safe even if the wings got a little cold, still waiting here an hour later as I write this review.

2 stars because it’s Super Bowl Sunday (should be 1 star, this happens almost every time at this location), but don’t tell people unrealistic times for when the food will be ready!

Place my order online at 7:27pm. Told it would be ready by 8:00pm. Here I am at 8:51pm and being told I still have to wait 30-45 mins.

I didn’t even order the BOGO Boneless Thursday special so I’m highly annoyed.

I ordered regular menu items. Was offered a refund but y’all aren’t about to lock my card up for 3-5 business days off this bullshit

Boneless wings were pathetically small and they completely forgot to put sauce. Bw3 is a shadow of what it used to be. This is probably my last time ordering from here. Planning on ordering from Roosters instead. It’s local too.

Buffalo Wild Wings, located on 5 W 5th Avenue in Grandview, offers a vibrant atmosphere perfect for sports enthusiasts and wing lovers alike. During my recent visit, the overall experience was solid, with the food scoring a hearty 8 out of 10. The wings, as always, were a highlight, featuring a variety of flavors ranging from mildly spicy to tongue-tingling hot, each coated perfectly and accompanied by an array of dipping sauces to enhance the taste.

The ambiance of the place contributes significantly to the dining experience. With multiple screens broadcasting various live sports, the environment is lively and engaging, making it a great spot to hang out with friends or catch a big game. The service was prompt and friendly, adding to the relaxed yet attentive atmosphere of the restaurant.

For those looking for a casual dining spot that offers good food and a great sports bar vibe, Buffalo Wild Wings in Grandview is definitely worth a visit. If you want more details about my experiences and to see more recommendations, make sure to follow me on Instagram @riguinlo.

the only reason I’m giving food a three is because the tots were good, otherwise it’s a two for me. the boneless wings were the SMALLEST thing I’ve ever seen and there was barley any sauce. idk how they’re staying in business and who is eating here??

BWW is famous for its great sport bars with many large screens. But this store is terrible.
As for my first time with my friends, our food served so slow lacking of servers. It took almost an hour for just tens of wings. There were also a few messy tables waiting for cleaning.
My second visit is also dissatisfying. There was a long line at the reception. Their servers were ignoring the crowd. It also took mostly 30min to get my food.

We went to this location instead of campus parking and seating. Parking and seating was great. The restaurant looks a little bit like a cafeteria. It was a mystery as to whether we sat ourselves and whether someone was going to come and take our order. After taking our order, took 40 minutes for them to bring the food in a nearly empty restaurant. During that 40 minutes, no one came to the table to ask us if we needed anything.

Came in on a Thursday night, right before it kicked off for Thursday night football. Order a watermelon cooler which was actually very tasty but drinks took almost 20 minutes, and never received a water I asked for.On top of the fact, when ordered my server goes, “ give me a birthday” not “ what’s your birthday?” or asks to see ID. I’m no spring chicken but at 26 that seemed crazy to me. We had multiple servers coming up asking if we had been helped at all since we were sitting so long with nothing. App took 25 minutes. Ordered buffalo chicken dip, which was bland and the tiniest amount of dip to chip ratio, got a salad and burger for dinner which also took long and just didn’t taste good. Greatful this was just a vacation stop because I would never come back.
