When the baby carrots are bigger than some of the wings, you know you have problems. Also, why are they buying industrial cut carrots instead of chopping fresh vegetables? Out of 10 wings, 9 were drumettes. Just one actual wing. Not a prime ratio at all.
Lastly, they have deals advertised online, and even on google maps itself, but you can only get them if you are ordering pickup. So those of us who are actually buying a few beers and tipping their employees can’t actually use the good deals.
Overall the decline in quality over the past two years has been steep. I remember not so long ago having some good meals at this place. After this I am having a hard time imagining coming back. RIP.

The food was great, but the service was terrible. We had to call Ryan over 5 times. Otherwise, we would have sat there forever! Actually sat for 10 minutes with him walking around, and finally, the bartender came over and gave us waters and said Ryan was our server. I would have understood if the place was busy, but only 4 tables out of the 20 were full. Got to do better than this.

The location is good. Service for our food was slow. The server was nice but a little absent-minded. The cheeseburger was extremely greasy. Not as much flavor as I expected. The wings were very small. No kids menus at the time we were there. Not recommended for a quick bite since it took a very long time to bring out the food.

Much better experience here than I’ve had in the recent past with BWs. We were at this restaurant at Lane and High in Columbus at 8:00 AM(close to where the OG BW3 was years ago). It was game day, and the atmosphere was electric. We had a very friendly server, Ava, who took great care of us. The wings were excellent, and one of our friends got home fries with cheese over them, which emulated the OG buffalo chips with cheese. The only disappointment was the coffee martinis. They came in clear plastic cups but I suppose it’s the most efficient way when there are crowds like that.

I came here several times and tried BWW various items. It is a good place to watch the games but their second floor has been closed after quarantine. Their food tastes could be improved. Their burgers can be my top pick. Salads and wraps are mediocre. If you would like to challenge your tongues with wings, the top four flavors are spicy enough. But I have to say their wings taste mediocre, a little dry and not juicy. Their service is always great. WiFi is fast. It comes with lots of napkins and sauces. In addition, there is no paper towel in the restroom.

Rating the food was hard this go round. I ordered the hatch chile burger and tater tots with chipotle bbq rub about a couple weeks ago and forgot to put in my review. This time I ordered the southern chicken sandwich with tots, cheese and chipotle bbq rub. The flavor of hatch chile burger was outstanding. The seasoning was on point. My issue with it was the burger itself. So much gristle!!!! I can’t stand gristle and therefore it was inedible for me. They barely sprinkled any bbq seasoning on the tots as well. The southern chicken sandwich was bland and boring. I ordered a side of jerk sauce for the tots and ended up using it on the chicken sandwich to try to salvage it. Unfortunately, it did not help. The tots were decent this time though. I added parm cheese to them which made it better.

I would say this is my go-to place for wings. They got pretty nice options on their menus. Their sauces are good and flavourful. Apart from wings, the last time I tried their BirdDawg and it turned out good. Have had their burger and other stuff and it’s all good. They also have good offers and you can earn points on their app.

I’ve ordered delivery from them twice. I’ve ordered twice in the last month. My wrap with chicken was hard as heck!! Old chicken. Just tried them again. I ordered tenders with ceasar salad and I got an old salad like it’s been sitting for awhile. This is not a Ceasar salad! Will never order from this location again. I will just pick up my food from another location!! Better yet, I will just stick with Roosters since I will be picking up. ✌️

Great location! Hot Wings, mozzarella sticks z& drinks were good. Their side salad was lacking with only cheese & tomatoes; lettuce was dry with big chucks.
