This is a Buffalo Wild Wings and so the food is what you would expect from the chain. The atmosphere here is a little less appealing than other BWWs I have been to. This one doesn’t seem to have many booths. Most of the seating is just chairs and tables out in the open with limited privacy. This location also seemed to have a broken alarm of some kind in the entrance lobby which made for a beeping noise the entire stay.
We came here for the most spicy chicken wing, and the restaurant definitely delivered. And we fed several hungry teenage boys.

Ordered take out and asked for the wing sauces on the side and only received 3 out of the 11 different sauces and didn’t realize that until I got home 30 minutes away. I called and had a conversation with the manager and informed him of what happened, he said he would issue a gift card to take care of this. I was told they would have the gift card ready next time I had a chance to stop in. Fast forward 3 weeks later I stopped in to pick up the gift card no one knew about the gift card then it took another 10 mins to get the gift card for $25. We spent over $60 for the complete order and over $50 of it was just in wings which we received only 3 little cups of sauces for and we paid extra for the additional sauces. What an absolute joke and lack of customer service. Now I remember why I don’t go to this location.

We have been without power electricity at our home for the last week and half , we ordered and had delivered from this location about 5 times during this period and it has been amazing Food and delivery service all around no issues whatsoever. I highly recommend their all American burgers, Onion rings , and of course wings.

Id give them a 4 star but …. they refuse to give RAW ONIONS. They will ONLY cook them. Cant ask for them on the side, cant have them not put it on the grill, cant have them fresh. They will only sell it/put it on a burger if its cooked. Crazy. Pure disobedience lol

Food for the price, 1*. Sauce is pretty good, so they do got that going for them. Deep fry is ok. Cheese curds were on point. $50 for this, I’ll drive to bbq chicken and get bigger and better!

Decent food and service staff seemed to be under staffed. I couldn’t find the server to get a refill on my drink. Food came out fast and was what I ordered so that part was just fine. Easy for a quick set of wings and fries

We have not been here in a while so we decided to give it another try especially since it was BOGO Thursday for boneless wings. This was some of the worst food I have ever had. The ‘chicken’ was inedible. The batter was hard and felt like it was made during covid. There are far better options here in Delaware. Choose anywhere else.

Ok so I placed a order yesterday evening and the chicken had feathers and what not still on them clearly weren’t properly cleaned. I asked for them well done it was not I called back that same day twice to get a hold of a manager but I was told he was in a meeting which is understandable. So today I called three times trying to get ahold of a manager which was unsuccessful. My reason for this review on google now is bc I will be contacting corporate as well this is unacceptable I’ve been a loyal customer to b dubs for over a decade. None the less when I called today I was told to hold for a manager just for kaya to get back on the phone after 25 minutes of being on hold that the manager was not available and to call back within 20 minutes which I did, I heard her call for someone name Alex and then the phone disconnected, so I called back asked for her name she stated kaya and then asked for the manager who she said was Alex. Keep in mind this is the same person that’s been answering all three of my phone calls with me asking for the manager. If you guys can check the camera and phone audio to confirm. The food quality is beyond average the customer service is terrible and to make matters worse the food seems to always be cold whether you dine in or take out as the employees are busy socializing amongst each other instead of taking care of the customers at hand and then you can do what you what but I’m paying for service that I believe I should receive. I would not recommend this location to my worst enemy. I won’t be returning at all
