I honestly don’t know why I keep giving this place a chance time after time. I’ve submitted so many complaints and not ONCE has anyone ever contacted me. I don’t think there is such thing as customer service anymore. With not a whole lot of places to choose from locally it sucks!! Of course tonight I ordered again and they failed to deliver quality food at all. I ordered my son boneless wings with lemon pepper rub, I ordered my daughter Asian zing wings. His were completely naked. I ordered a side of lemon pepper dry rub separately because they never put enough! So I paid for extra and got none! ♀️ can’t make this stuff up!! Half of my daughter’s wings are dry chicken. I ordered my husband regular bone in wings spicy garlic all flat, guess what, barely any sauce and NOT all flat that I paid extra for. It’s very frustrating when you spend a decent amount of money on food and it to all be messed up some way some how. I would recommend you drive to either Florence or Ft. Wright because Independence is incompetent!!

Absolutely terrible service & food. We went in as a big group and there weren’t many people around us. It took us over 40 minutes to get our drinks. We didn’t get to order our food till 1 hour & 20 minutes of us being there. We didn’t have our food till 2 hours of us being there. They didn’t even bring out all of the food. They came back out 3+ times with over 15-20 minutes between each time to bring food. 3 of the kids didn’t even get their food till it was time to leave and we had to make them bring it out in a to go box. My boyfriend’s food came out cold & looking like it had sat for a while. I told one of the higher up’s & she said she would get him new wings while proceeding to take his off the table while he was mid bite. They came back out still cold. When we went to leave, we still hadn’t recieved our fries from our order & the waiter put it on our receipt. We asked him to take it off and told him we just didn’t want them. He gives a new receipt with the fries STILL on there just moved to the top so we then had to wait for another receipt again. We will never be back. Absolutely terrible service in every aspect. There were waitresses standing around who could have helped our waiter but they left it all to him & by the time we had left, nobody was even sitting around us. They weren’t busy at all & truly there was no reason for this experience to be so bad.

Party of two. Was not crowded. First time and likely the last. Took forever to get order taken. Wings were not even warm. Potato wedges came after wings. Were never offered a second soda. Even if our server was too busy for us, one of the other servers walking around or a manager should have noticed that our cups were empty for several minutes and offered us a refill which no one did. Among the worst service we have ever had.

Great food but issue with order when I ordered over the phone I was told one price then when I got there they didn’t even have my order I had to reorder and when they charged me it was a higher price, when the manager was called over she was rude very rude telling me I called a different location when I showed her the # I called she didn’t even apologize she just continued to be rude , she needs a lesson in hospitality, it has been years since I visited this location because there was something wrong with every order I placed so I thought I would give it another chance but this is the last chance I give this location a chance, to be in a hospitality business there a lot to be said for their hospitality they did it for me tonight and mainly the manager I wish I would have got her name but the date is 9/16/25 Tonya was the sever not the manager as she was also rude to Tonya in front of me as well

We were told what table to go to and then we had to go get our own menus after 10 min of waiting. 1/4 got her meal and the chips were soggy. The 2/4 got their meals 25 min later. The waitress walked by and saw everyone with food except me and she didn’t even stop to check on us. People seated after us were served way before us. 15 min after the other got their meal I flagged the waitress down to ask for my food. She never even apologized until she brought our check. The wings were ice cold, the fries were rubbery and the edges of my burger were so burnt I couldn’t even bite through them. I had to spit it out.

My wife was craving some chicken wings tonight so we drove up the road to the local BWW. The family had to have the usual nacho platter to start off with. It could have used a bit more queso but it was still good nonetheless. They had a limited time cajun sauce that I decided to try and I really couldn’t tell much of a difference from the other sauces I usually get. Our waitress was very attentive and kept the drinks full.

Placed an order online and it said 25-35 minutes and when I went to check on the status of my order they switched it for the following day and didn’t even alert me when I called the store she tried to place the blame on me saying they close the delivery window at 10:30 I ordered at 10:22 it would have been nice to at least get a alert that the order wasn’t getting fulfilled

It was a positive experience, good food and good beverages. The beer glasses are shaped well and don’t slip easily. However, and I don’t want to dwell on this too much because I’m not a jerk, the waitresses are chopped. Like, a lot.

I’ll try to keep everything concise, the food here was really bad and HoH (heart of house, kitchen) must not respect their guests. When I received my food the wedges were fresh and hot, the beer cheese had a plaque/film over the top indicating it has sat in the expo window too long, and the wings were lukewarm at best. I requested of my server to please have them remade, and specified a did not want them re-dropped and re-tossed as I have a knowledge of previous restaurant work and know this happens. I got my “fresh” order and because of the above mentioned history of work, I could tell the re-dropped them anyways. I choked down a few of them and decided to just pay and leave without finishing as my request obviously wasn’t important to the HoH the first time.
To contrast this, my Server Brendin was very nice, understanding, and stayed on top of everything despite the issues with my order. Brendin is a great server and if you unfortunately decide to come here, you’ll be in good hands with him. It’s unfortunate that such a good staff of servers and bartenders get let down by obvious poor management and an uncaring Heart of House staff.

Absolutely pathetic. I could understand not getting service if they were busy. They weren’t. We were sat immediately upon walking in. Sat there for 10 minutes watching four people at the counter playing on their phones. Never had anyone walk up tell us to give them a minute or ask for our drinks. Tried calling to speak with a manager, no answer. Will never go there again
