Our waitress Helen took a long time to even take our drink order. After she finally took it she proceeded to take a phone call and walk into the restroom for a good pretty good length of time. Once someone else brought out our food we saw Helen once for a quickened anything” and again when she dropped off the check. I can understand slow service if they were busy. They were not so it was pretty disappointing to have long wait times and such inattentive service.

We hadn’t been to a BWW in over a decade…just not great experiences at other locations in other states, but this trip changed our minds, mainly because of our server BO!! She was awesome, made sure we were happy the whole time without “hovering”…attentive, sweet, fun, and friendly!!! Our food came out fast and HOT, tasted great, and our drinks never ran dry!! Because of her, BWW is now in our dining out rotation!!! Pay that woman!!! If not, someone will steal her!!! Ask for her when you visit!!!!

We visited Buffalo Wild Wings for Veterans Day to enjoy the free chicken wings, and it was an amazing experience! The restaurant was super packed and busy, as you can imagine, but the staff handled it like true professionals. Despite the rush, they kept their composure and made sure every customer was taken care of in a very timely manner.
The service was outstanding, and they didn’t skip a beat. Each order was delivered promptly, and the staff maintained such a positive attitude throughout the whole experience. It was impressive to see them stay so organized and efficient even when the place was overflowing with guests.
Overall, it was a great visit, and I really appreciated how well the staff managed everything. Definitely a five-star experience, and I can’t wait to come back!

Mychala at the bar was great!! Best martini I’ve had in quite a while. Fast friendly service!!
I ordered the grilled dippers (not fried chicken strips) they were fresh but looked like they came off of a baby chicken. The wings my wife ordered were bigger than them!

Love this place BUT MY SEVICE DOG AND MYSELF WAS NEVER TREATED SO POORLY. the two ladies at the hostess desk on 2/10/26 at 1130 am said they don’t allow dogs in here. I said he is a service dog. They said ok I will put you on the patio. I said I didn’t want to sit on the patio. The hostess said we can’t up you where there is carpet in case the dog has an accident. I said he was protected by federal law we can be here. Than the hostess sat us at a bar booth.
All I can say is really she made me feel ashamed , embarrassed, out of place.
She didn’t even ask for his service license .
I love Buffalo Wild Wings and will still go to ones that understand the law and people , customers service.

Shelby came in and saved the day! Our original waiter disappeared for approximately 20 minutes after we arrived and Shelby stepped in and not only took care of us, but at least 1 other table that he had neglected. She did an excellent job. Also, the buffalo chicken dip and Philly cheese steak sandwich were good!

Today is 02/21/2026. The food was great, but it took way too long to get it. It was so bad, we waited over 30 minutes to get a cookie desert and apparently it was never even made. We took that off our bill and left. 😮

We always go to this restaurant and never have had an issue. A few nights ago we went with our son and have the worst service I’ve ever had in ANY restaurant. The server couldn’t get our drinks right and kept disappearing every time we needed refills. He finally came back almost 30 minutes later to take our order. Within 15 minutes one side item was brought to one table. We waited for another 15 minutes and someone brought out my son sandwich which was made incorrectly. I finally asked for a
Manager and was rudely told that food is brought out as it’s ready! I’m sorry, I’ve eaten in restaurant for years and have NEVER been told that food is brought out as prepared. Food is also brought out by table. Why would I want to go out to eat with people if we all get our food over a one hour period???? The side that was brought out was cold by the time they brought the wings and the wings ended up being the wrong sauce! The manager said she would remake everything. After waiting another 15 minutes we asked for the check and was charged for drinks which were two tap beers a two iced tea! I was shocked that the manager did nothing to make up for the mistakes of the server. They could have at least comped the drinks or offered us a gift card for their mistakes. After an hour and a half we left hungry and paid $30.25 for beverages only! Needless to say we won’t return. If you want to eat with other individuals don’t go there. They’ll serve you as food is ready! I’m not one who wants to watch someone else eat!

Decent dining experience. A bit pricy, and I used to love getting the Buffalo Mac and cheese, but they seem to skimp you on the chicken and it doesn’t come with bread anymore. My favorite wing flavors are honey barbecue and Asian zing. Service is usually good. Also, the potato wedges are way better than the regular fries.
