We got seated quickly. The waitress seemed new which was fine. Took about 45 minutes to bring waters, finally placed order and ignored. 2 hours went by, still no food, not one employee to check on us. Only 5 other guest in restaurant.Waited over 2 hours to sit and sip on water. We love this place but this happened often here it seems. Walked out.

I had such a great experience at Buffalo Wild Wings thanks to our server, Dustin! He was super attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed the entire time. Our food came out quickly, drinks stayed full, and he had the best attitude even though it was busy. It’s not often you get service this good, so I just want to give him the recognition he deserves. If you’re lucky enough to get Dustin as your server, you’re in for a great experience!

I had such a great experience at Buffalo Wild Wings thanks to our waiter Dustin!! From the moment we sat down, he was welcoming, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed. He was friendly, had a great attitude, and even made some awesome recommendations that we ended up loving. Our drinks stayed full, our food came out just right, and he checked in often to make sure we were happy. It really made the whole experience enjoyable, and I can honestly say the service was just as good as the food. We’ll definitely be back, and I’ll be asking for him again!

Server was forgetful. One drink then another. Refill one drink out of two empty glasses, then asked if I wanted more.
She forgot they were out of items so other food stayed in window while she waited for rest of order. 30 minutes then “I FORGOT YOUR OTHER FOOD IS NOT AVAILABLE”.

Our server was super cool. Learned that the name of the buffalo is Hank. He was chatting and friendly. Food is good as always I mean it is bdubs after all. Can’t really say anything bad about it! Definitely recommend the dirty dubs tots!
