DO NOT. I REPEAT. DO NOT order to-go from this restaurant on Super Bowl night. I am extremely disappointed with the service. I walked in and over 40 people are waiting for their order. Some have been waiting over an hour to get their to-go order. Many are missing Super Bowl parties and other things because so many people are waiting and orders are not being done in a timely manner. I will NEVER order from here again for Super Bowl. This is truly unbelievable. The service is so slow. They should have been more prepared as I am sure this is one of their busiest nights of the year. Unbelievable.

I never had bad experiences at any BWW and have been fan of it..
But this particular one is just awful!
I ordered 20 traditional wings and almost 5-6 of them had chicken hair deeply fired on them. That’s disgusting to even look at it! I didn’t not even get the type of sauces that I ordered.
If you don’t like bundled order, don’t keep the offer then.
PS: I did tip them!

Nothing has changed other than TK was very nice and respectful. However, the pictures and what you really get are very deceptive. The onion ring appetizer was nearly $10 and fit in a small sandwich box. The spicy chicken sandwich was ordered with no pickles and add cheese, lettuce and tomato. The cheese was not added. The chicken tenders were bland and dry. This was the second time and not for sure about going back.

Firstly, the online ordering was not working and when I called to order, the prices online would not be honored.
Secondly, the employees were very rude and hateful.
Thirdly, the chicken was very overcooked, tough and tasted like leather and the fries were not cooked through.
This was the first time trying and am very disappointed.

Buffalo Wild Wings is more than just a wing joint, it’s a lively spot that delivers big flavor with a side of fun. While it’s best known for its wings, don’t sleep on the rest of the menu. The burgers are a welcome surprise, and the appetizers hit the spot every time. I’m especially hooked on the cheese curds. They are crispy, golden, and addictively cheesy. But the real star for me is the garlic parmesan boneless wings: rich, savory, and indulgently satisfying. With its energetic sports bar atmosphere that still feels welcoming for families, BWW strikes a great balance. It’s definitely a place I’ll be coming back to.

Decided to give it a try, haven’t came to one since I’m moved from NC.. low key kinda disappointing, food was ehh. Mushroom Swiss burger didn’t really have any seasoning or taste to it.. the buffalo chicken wrap was also not very good, there was barley any chicken as you can see in the picture… didn’t taste like buffalo and the tortilla was crunchy… the wings weren’t bad and the potato wedges were by far the best thing… service wasn’t bad nothing crazy though.. not sure if I’ll be back anytime soon..

Never order for delivery because it’s going to be wrong and you can’t just send it back. I specifically ordered a dry seasoning and the sauce on a delivery app. I called right after to make sure the wings were both seasoned and sauced. I also ordered extra sauce on the side just in case they showed up a little dry. Well, they still divided it to half sauced, half seasoned. AND no extra sauce that I paid for. Also paid a couple extra bucks for some celery, which I didn’t recieve. I also got 1 large ranch and 1 blue cheese. They gave us 2 ranch. So…they literally messed up the whole order

Food was good and atmosphere wasn’t all that bad! Only thing is and apparently it is store wide is there is a kink in service! Each time I visit (no matter which one we go to) there is a lapse in service! Either we stand at host station without being acknowledged or we get sat and don’t get acknowledged and someone (whom we have to stop) says they didn’t know they had the table, not their section, or they’ll be right back? The Murfreesboro store we went to once and everything we asked about was told “we don’t do that here” so I just got to the point where I was like “so what do you have here that I can get or you will do?” So, if you are at other stores and they have a deal there do not expect it at all locations and be aware of “online only” deals as well!

I recently visited the NEWLY RENOVATED Buffalo Wilds Wings in Turkey Creek! I was so impressed!! I used to go to Buffalo Wild Wings back in my hometown about a decade ago and just sadly stopped going due to outdated TV’s/Projection Screens with poor quality. I am now happy to say they have brought me back as a customer! The TVs, Sound, and Atmosphere was current and competitive to anyone who wants to host epic sporting events! I had excellent service at the bar from Lauren who was so friendly and welcoming! I most certainly will be back for the big games or Fight Nights!

Food is great, the wings are amazing. The beer was fantastic. Incredible selection. The interior although felt so so dirty, servers were almost impossible to find. I would probably comeback, but I’d try to sit at the booth, rather than the high top table. The food was great, but they really need a redesign or the hire cleaners. The floor was really filthy.
