My husband and I took the chance to eat here knowing they might be busy for the Super Bowl. We had dropped our kids off at a youth event and needed somewhere to hang out while we waited to go back to pick them up. The restaurant was super busy, but we didn’t wait long for a table.
Where we sat, we saw they had a set up an area for to go orders. They had A LOT of them and were very organized with it all. They made sure the orders went to the right people. That is what had us wait a little bit for our order to be taken. No biggie since we were not in a rush and were there to relax.
We got our food in good time and it was very good. Last time I ate at a Buffalo Wild Wings was when our kids were very little. I was disappointed with the food at that location. The Alcoa location did not disappoint.
Every staff member we interacted with was very friendly and very efficient. They still took good care of us even though it was crazy busy. Definitely will come back to this location in the future. 🙂

went in, been well over 4-5 years since we been in a BWW. his came out fry’s cold wings cold, mine came out salad warm rubbery and gross ranch, not homemade almost aldi off brand. and my wings were slightly warm, waitress came out offered to remake we agreed she walked back by said she told him to “make it all fresh” our honest response is um isn’t that what your suppose to do?? she stumbled her words a little and said it will

, his ten bbq bone in and fries came first , were warmer but over cooked outside fry’s were okay but nothing crazy he didn’t even eat half of it , no thanks to a to go box
. my 6 came out few minutes after his, as honey garlic , when they came out i told her to take salad back bc (ew rubbery and warm dressing tasted very processed) i declined anything else as a side (kinda turned off at this point) already knowing my wings weren’t going to be par, my wings came out 1 flat was so burnt (maybe refried) idk the other flat was rubbery and the three dummies i had were more cartilage then anything i didnt even get one bite in and she comes rushing the table asking how it was, but it wasn’t at all… even the soda tastes funny! maybe clean the nozzle tips daily?
the waitress was as good as she could be considering she was THE ONLY ONE serving tables inside that we noticed. she did take my meal off thank YOU for that but ugh for how slow there were on a holiday at 2pm and
there’s a reason i stopped going to the one in wisconsin, moving down here i hoped it wouldn of been better, but was i wrong!!

Service is great here. Sat in the dining room, was offered drinks, appetizers and a moment to look at the menu. Server was knowledgeable and helpful with our selection. So many great options. Good food

Got a dinner order off the app for carry out this weekend. The app is easy to use and my order was paid and ready to go when I got there. Order was correct and packaged well with friendly staff at pickup. We got a package deal which was very reasonable. The portion size was excellent for the money. The honey bbq wings were outstanding. Cooked perfectly with the breading covered in gooey rich sweet hony bbq sauce. Really a great sauce. The ranch is seriously good as well. The combo of bbq dunked in ranch is a great flavor profile. The fries are very good. The herbs on them brings them to the next level. My kids loved the tots as well. Feeding four people for like $25.00 is great in this economy. Really had no complaints with anything. Great wings, fast accurate service and lots of food for the price. If you like wings I reccomend a visit. The sauce selection is huge so there’s something for everyone.

Got a large to go order and one entire meal was missing. Called the restaurant and told them we would come get it and asked if they could make it new so it was warm. Upon arriving the place was in chaos. Took 15 minutes to receive the food which was cold. Service is constantly lacking here and no effort is made to make things correct. Will not be going here again.

The whole experience was spoiled because the place smells like an old movie theater. I strongly suspect it’s because of the carpet. The bathrooms also smelled like they hadn’t been cleaned in a few days. The food was pretty good except the tomatoes on my salad were very dark and mushy. Clearly past due. The smell in the dining area was bad enough that I don’t plan to go back.

I had such a great experience at this Buffalo Wild Wings! Our server BRANDON!! Was attentive, friendly, and really went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He checked in often without being overbearing, made great recommendations, and had such a positive attitude the whole time. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and enjoys what he does. It made the visit way more enjoyable, and I’ll definitely be coming back because of the excellent service!
