The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at Buffalo wild wings. Obviously, this place needs new management. The staff was completely worthless. The manager doesn’t understand how to create a team to take care of customers had a group of 13. The waitress took our order completely entered it in wrong I guess because the food came out wrong four of us didn’t even get our food until I asked the manager what is going on obviously, this place has issues when you have a police officer standing behind the hostess. If you are in Birmingham, I would suggest finding a different location to eat food. Oh, by the way, I’m pretty sure it’s a health violation, vacuuming the floor when you have customers eating food and waving the vacuum wand in the air around tables. I will never be back and hope the next time I’m in town I hear that this place is shut down. Do not go here. Complete waste of money.

The place was good, the service and drinks were good, put the Spicy Garlic and Caribbean jerk boneless wings, and fries, missed the usual mark. The fries were cold, and the chicken was a little over cooked than normal. Maybe I caught y’all on a bad day (Veterans Day??!!). My bad for y’all this go round, but I will be back…not soon though.

Needed somewhere to watch basketball w/ my friend. This downtown location was super chill and great vibes. The food was good too. Very accommodating when changing the channel to the game you want to watch if the crowd is small.

The wings were tiny and barely had any sauce—completely dry and flavorless. On top of that, the waiter was unbelievably rude the entire time. I’ve had better experiences at other BWW locations, but this visit was enough to make me never want to come back. Totally not worth the money.

I had a horrible customer service experience at the Downtown, Birmingham location. The manager was very insensitive and had a horrible attitude. I arrived at 6:00 and was told the wait would be 45 minutes. After waiting an hour, I asked for an update and the manager came out stating they still could not sit us and did not know a timeframe. Another guy came out about 20 minutes after that and stated they were out of wings. Keep in mind they were stating they cousin sit us and they had all of the available seats in the picture. Horrible experience.

I love Buffalo Wild Wings and I have been a blazing reward member for a while but I hate the one downtown. I literally just walked out because I sat at the bar waited about 10-15mins. It’s not that busy by the way and the bartender literally skipped over me 5x and took care of the people who all came in after me. I recommend the one on 280 staff is way more friendly and attentive. Food is definitely better as well
