I seen a commercial on TV about the pick 6 meal. My smashburger was very good. Mom’s chicken dippers were so much smaller than on the commercial. The french fries were not very good. Our waitress was excellent and the food came out quickly.

Superbowl Sunday. My plans changed at the last minute, so I decided to go to Buffalo Wild wings. It took almost 2 quarters, yes there were 3 minutes and 45 seconds left of the second quarter, when I got my food. The Establishment was barely half full. This chain is always standing room only on these type of weekends. When I asked about why the food took so long, they said their take out was overwhelming. What kind of establishment does not prepare for this? When I arrived they did have a long line of people ordering takeout, but not an overwhelming amount of people waiting to pick up. When I left, at halftime, I didn’t see many people waiting for food and no9ne in line to order, I just saw a table full of bags that were getting cold. What kind of establishment does not take care of the people inside their bar first. Almost everyone at the bar left before halftime. There were only four people left at the bar from when I originally walked in, who were still there. SMH. Whoever was the bar manager that did the schedule should be fired.

With that said…… the bar staff was great. The people delivering the food had no idea where the food should go. (I should have kept an order that was set in front of me earlier in the night).

The food that was finally delivered to me was good. I took it to go and went to enjoy the game somewhere else for the second half. I did tip the bar temder well because it eas not her fault the management is terrible at this location.

I went to pick up my DoorDash order around 3:25 PM and had a very unpleasant experience with three girls working on the patio. They were extremely rude and disrespectful. I politely asked if I could get extra sauces, and one of them immediately got angry and said I would have to be charged extra. That was never an issue — I was more than willing to pay. Instead of explaining calmly, she raised her voice and turned it into an unnecessary back-and-forth, which felt very unprofessional.

Because of how rude the patio staff was, I went inside to the normal to-go pickup area. Thankfully, the lady who helped me inside was absolutely wonderful — very sweet, patient, and helpful. She completely turned the experience around, and I really appreciate her professionalism.

Customer service should be consistent, and unfortunately the patio staff that day seriously missed the mark.I went to pick up my DoorDash order around 3:25 PM and had a very unpleasant experience with three girls working on the patio. Buffalo Wild Wings delivered a great game day experience. I had the nachos—plenty of toppings, great flavor, and perfect for snacking during the game. My friend had the chicken sandwich with onion rings, and everything came out hot and tasty. The atmosphere was lively with the Tampa Bay vs. Phillies game on, making it a fun spot to hang out, eat, and catch some action. Solid food and a great sports bar vibe.

Everything was amazing except the music was way too loud. I still gave 5 stars because the mushroom Swiss burger was one of the best burgers my daughter and I ever had! The wings had great flavor but I don’t like breaded wings. I said I wanted them saucy thinking that would be without breading but I know for next time. Ali our server was such a sweetheart and we had excellent service!

Y’all need to do better. I shouldn’t have to call Everytime to remind you to put everything in the bag. This is the third time y’all send out buffalo wings without any of the ranch or blue cheese that is paid for…who does that? Satan? On top of that, y’all sauce the bottom of the box and throw the wings in there, can’t be bothered to attempt to sauce the wings. For the price, pretend to atleast care a little? You guys suck

So, my recent visit to retrieve a pre-placed take-out order was significantly compromised by operational inefficiencies & a substandard employee conduct. The order, which was confirmed as ready for collection upon arrival, incurred an unexpected delay, resulting in a 15-minute wait time.

The core issue centered on a specific staff member whose actions demonstrated a critical failure to uphold teamwork & effective time management protocols.

The positive news is that there were three colleagues of his whom attempted to intervene & expedite the order process.I really appreciated seeing this.

Unfortunately, all three of them were actively prevented from providing assistance by the one male staff member handling my to go order.

Furthermore, I was assured by him that the order required only “three minutes” for bagging when I first arrived. The truth was the food items were not, in fact, finished cooking.

I also feel this employee’s actions exhibited a lapse in customer prioritization. He elected to focus on fulfilling orders for non-present customers, directly neglecting the late order as I stood waiting at the counter.

When I questioned the delay 10 minutes into the wait, the employee offered an unprofessional & dismissive response, citing an implausible queue of “30 orders” are ahead of yours & it’s just me doing all of it. By the way the entire restaurant was empty & 3 employees tried to help & he turned them all away.

This experience was unacceptable. Given the service observed, I have concluded that I will not utilize this business again.

I strongly recommend that management immediately reinforce training regarding cross-team collaboration with the male employee who handled my to go order.

Please guide him on what transparent communication of order delays are, & how important customer prioritization is to ensure advertised pickup timeframes are met.

Thank you kindly to the managers for taking the time to review this information.

Yeah every time I come here there is a problem. The last time they rectified it. But why do I have to be pissed every time I leave here? Two diff people couldn’t manage to change the tv channel. Not busy at 2:30 in afternoon mind you. Waiter guy sucked and super slow. Never asked if needed refills. The kids ruin this place. Worried about his large table only. I asked for dry rub and got wet lemon pepper. Told waiter and he didn’t offer any solution. Btw the wet lemon pepper sucks. Ruined my lunch for $45 bucks. I’m done here. Consistent bad service and or food.

Take out wings are consistently small and dry.

I used to order from this location a lot, like weekly. Post COVID the quality went straight in the trash. Quality of the wings is consistently terrible. Small wings, half wings, all the wings are dry and overcooked.

Over the past couple of years I try an order every now and then and the results are always the same. BAD.

YOU ARE LITERALLY A WING RESTAURANT.

Serving top quality wings should be your #1 priority. WAKE UP. LOOK AT YOUR REVIEWS.

The one good thing I will say is that the take out service is usually good and usually correct/complete. But that’s not going to get me to order from here again. A TRAGEDY

If you don’t mind waiting forever for your food they do have pretty good wings.
It costs about $10 bucks more to order in the store rather than the app. If the app is down, you have no choice but to call in or order in the store.
It costs about $57 for 40 wings and 1 soft drink.
If you live in between this location and the ones in Oldsmar and Dunedin, go to one of the other two instead.
