With that said…… the bar staff was great. The people delivering the food had no idea where the food should go. (I should have kept an order that was set in front of me earlier in the night).
The food that was finally delivered to me was good. I took it to go and went to enjoy the game somewhere else for the second half. I did tip the bar temder well because it eas not her fault the management is terrible at this location.
Because of how rude the patio staff was, I went inside to the normal to-go pickup area. Thankfully, the lady who helped me inside was absolutely wonderful — very sweet, patient, and helpful. She completely turned the experience around, and I really appreciate her professionalism.
Customer service should be consistent, and unfortunately the patio staff that day seriously missed the mark.I went to pick up my DoorDash order around 3:25 PM and had a very unpleasant experience with three girls working on the patio. They were extremely rude and disrespectful. I politely asked if I could get extra sauces, and one of them immediately got angry and said I would have to be charged extra. That was never an issue — I was more than willing to pay. Instead of explaining calmly, she raised her voice and turned it into an unnecessary back-and-forth, which felt very unprofessional.

The core issue centered on a specific staff member whose actions demonstrated a critical failure to uphold teamwork & effective time management protocols.
The positive news is that there were three colleagues of his whom attempted to intervene & expedite the order process.I really appreciated seeing this.
Unfortunately, all three of them were actively prevented from providing assistance by the one male staff member handling my to go order.
Furthermore, I was assured by him that the order required only “three minutes” for bagging when I first arrived. The truth was the food items were not, in fact, finished cooking.
I also feel this employee’s actions exhibited a lapse in customer prioritization. He elected to focus on fulfilling orders for non-present customers, directly neglecting the late order as I stood waiting at the counter.
When I questioned the delay 10 minutes into the wait, the employee offered an unprofessional & dismissive response, citing an implausible queue of “30 orders” are ahead of yours & it’s just me doing all of it. By the way the entire restaurant was empty & 3 employees tried to help & he turned them all away.
This experience was unacceptable. Given the service observed, I have concluded that I will not utilize this business again.
I strongly recommend that management immediately reinforce training regarding cross-team collaboration with the male employee who handled my to go order.
Please guide him on what transparent communication of order delays are, & how important customer prioritization is to ensure advertised pickup timeframes are met.
Thank you kindly to the managers for taking the time to review this information.
I used to order from this location a lot, like weekly. Post COVID the quality went straight in the trash. Quality of the wings is consistently terrible. Small wings, half wings, all the wings are dry and overcooked.
Over the past couple of years I try an order every now and then and the results are always the same. BAD.
YOU ARE LITERALLY A WING RESTAURANT.
Serving top quality wings should be your #1 priority. WAKE UP. LOOK AT YOUR REVIEWS.
The one good thing I will say is that the take out service is usually good and usually correct/complete. But that’s not going to get me to order from here again. A TRAGEDY
It costs about $10 bucks more to order in the store rather than the app. If the app is down, you have no choice but to call in or order in the store.
It costs about $57 for 40 wings and 1 soft drink.
If you live in between this location and the ones in Oldsmar and Dunedin, go to one of the other two instead.
