Pretty good food. It’s more of a nostalgic experience than anything. The ice cream melted pretty fast but it may be because it was so hot in there. There were a lot of people but they were able to get our food out in a timely manner. It was a little bit loud but that could have also been because of all the younger kids. The staff was decently friendly but they didn’t have a smile on their face or any of that. Overall it’s an okay experience for someone who wants ice cream and burgers at the same time.

Best fast food burger. They taste like a burger from home fresh off the grill. Fries are good and sauce ties it all together nicely. Braums is really underrated in the fast food scene. Highly recommend. My go-to: Large number 5 combo make it a double and either a root beer or the fuze raspberry tea

Braum’s Ice Cream & Dairy Store is a classic gem, but this location feels a little like a cozy throwback that could use some room to breathe. The space is super tiny and cramped, making it hard to navigate without bumping into someone. It definitely needs a major overhaul, remodel, and expansion to give it the room and vibe it deserves. ️
While the ice cream and dairy products are still as delicious as ever, the tight, outdated space makes it hard to fully enjoy the experience. The staff is friendly, but the cramped atmosphere doesn’t let you relax and enjoy your treat like you should.
With a little more elbow room and a fresh update, this spot could really shine as the go-to spot for a sweet treat!

This location is pretty consistent. Sometimes the scoops of ice cream are the size of tennis balls. Then sometimes they are the size of tangerines. Customer Service is also pretty consistent.

Definitely this chain is a Texas staple and whenever I come thru I always grab a few things. Some standouts being the spicy bacon pimento chicken sandwhich and the chili. Ordering was a tad difficult as the lady at the window had a thick accent but Im not a douche; I understand English is a hard language to learn and master.

The drive through really puts the fast in fast food. It’s like a time capsule to the early 2000s when speedy service was the norm.
The food (burgers, chicken, fries…) is average-good.
The dairy products are amazing. I love the fact that I can order a unique ice cream flavor, such as gingerbread (my favorite!!) for a decent price. I also love their yogurt and now I don’t want any other brand. Their milk is expensive compared to other grocery stores, but it’s the best tasting milk I’ve had. The do run sales on it periodically.

I had a terrible experience at this Braum’s. One associate was extremely rude and kept talking over the employee who was actually helping me. She didn’t take the time to listen to what I needed at all. The rest of the staff was great, but her behavior was completely unacceptable.
I even had to park far away and walk due to service road traffic just to get inside, only to be treated disrespectfully while trying to order a simple single-dip cup of chocolate almond ice cream. I called afterward to get her name and more information, but couldn’t get it.
I won’t be returning to this location.

Today we tried eating at Braum’s. We have had their ice cream, but decided to eat there today. The place was very clean and the staff were very friendly. The food was great! The burger was very good, the vegetables were fresh and the patties cooked perfectly. My new go to for a burger!

2 years ago i came here to this location with my Girlfriend and we had a amazing time!!!! We don’t have these in Florida which sucks… Dairy Queen is all over florida but it would be really nice to see Braums Come to Orlando and try out the Market! The Braums Restarunt is not that busy and Coming inside feels awesome!!! you get the vibe of a Ice Cream Shop mom n pop style!! Employees make you fee welcomed and they help you!! They are Friendly and Deserve all 10000000 Stars!!! I really recommend Everyone to Give this place a Try and Enjoy the Place 🙂

I was visiting from Arizona and was told to go to braums by family in the area. The service was great, the food was good. However, I am DISGUSTED by the locals of Mckinney. There was a line out the door, my family and I waited patiently but the people in front of us were complaining nonstop, while there were clearly only TWO people. LET ME ADD that the employees tried their best to be friendly even after having a whole line.
I typically don’t write reviews but felt that people should know just how entitled the locals are.
