We had a great experience at Buffalo Wild Wings thanks to Joseph and his manager, Brooklynn.
Joseph was an outstanding server — attentive without being overbearing, quick with refills, and genuinely friendly. He made sure our food came out right and checked in at just the right times. You can tell he takes pride in what he does.
Brooklynn was equally impressive as a manager. She stopped by the table to make sure everything was perfect and created a welcoming, well-run atmosphere. It’s clear she leads by example and supports her team.
Between the great service and the positive energy, this visit stood out. We’ll definitely be back — and we’ll be asking for Joseph again!

Kirsten’s service is 10x better than Alfred’s! (Don’t tell him). Our drinks didn’t come out until after the food. She expressed to us how disappointed she was about that and extremely accommodating and made up for it with her wit and charm! Thank you, Kirsten, for being our Wonder Woman!

We arrived about 20 minutes before happy hour and placed our order right away. We even double-checked with the server to confirm that happy hour rates would be applied to our order, and she assured us they would. We ordered a beer, the house sampler, a kids’ mac and cheese with orange slices, and six traditional wings.
However, when the food arrived, the kids’ meal came with fries instead of oranges. When we pointed this out, she did bring the oranges. The real issue came with the bill—everything was charged at the original prices. When we asked about it, the server claimed the house sampler wouldn’t qualify for happy hour pricing, even though it was listed under appetizers. The beer was also billed at the regular price, and when we showed her the menu, she brought over the manager.
The manager was extremely rude and dismissive. She said she could only give a 15% discount and would “check on the prices,” but made no real effort to address our concerns. She dropped the receipt on the table without a word and walked away.
We’ve been loyal customers of Buffalo Wild Wings for nearly 12 years, but we’ve never been treated this poorly. Sadly, we won’t be returning to this location again due to the way we were treated.

This location has a lot going for it. The staff is consistently friendly, welcoming, and attentive. You can tell they work well together, and the energy inside is exactly what you want from a Buffalo Wild Wings — lively, sports-driven, and a good place to unwind or catch a game.
Where it loses a star for me is consistency, and that matters. I’ve had visits where everything was excellent — wings cooked perfectly, sauces balanced, fries fresh and hot, and overall execution right where it should be. Then I’ve had other visits where the food quality dips just enough to notice. Not bad, not terrible — just “okay.” Sometimes the wings aren’t as crisp, or the overall flavor and temperature don’t hit that same baseline.
It’s not a major criticism, but when you’re a repeat customer, consistency is key. When this location is on point, it’s great. I’d just like to see that level maintained every visit. There’s definitely potential — it’s more refinement than overhaul.

I order this via uber eats from BWW. It took close to two hours to come to me. Idk if its the fault of the location or the driver but it is what it is. The had this special that I saw an add for. The food was nasty. I only ate it because I was starving. I’m giving 2 stars due to the cheap price for so much food but the quality has went down quite a bit at this place.

4 Stars, Came down for the AYCE wings Mon-Thu, Wings were just OK, seeing how there were all u can eat, I guessing they use the better quality and or size for normal orders but not sure. Wings had a heavy coating of sauce all over the Wings. The mac & cheese burger was absolutely delicious, definitely recommend that. Overall all it hit the spot, lots of TVs to watch sports and have some beers…

Everything would be fine if they are ON-TIME, we waited long time to get table and long long time to get our ordered food and it got cold while waiting at the chef for someone to pick up and a bit better of all is the lady working over there she is good but even though the restaurant is not full we got the table and food after longtime. I had good experience at other BWWs but this one made a little disappointed. Anyway had a good time

As a older woman who enjoys a good meal and friendly service, I had the pleasure of dining at Buffalo Wild Wings recently. I came here with every intention of writing an amazing review, but after seeing the most recent review, I felt the need to share my own experience to set the record straight.
I was served by Aaleyana, a delightful and attentive young woman who made our experience genuinely enjoyable. From the moment we walked in, Aaleyana greeted us with a warm smile and was quick to take our orders, making sure everything was exactly as we wanted.
Now, I’ve seen some rather interesting reviews online, and while I can appreciate that everyone has their own expectations, let’s be honest—this is Buffalo Wild Wings, not a five-star restaurant. Sometimes, a little bit of patience goes a long way, especially when it comes to casual dining. She was juggling a busy section, yet she managed to stay friendly and efficient. It’s hard to please everyone, especially when some folks seem to expect flawless, five-star service in a laid-back atmosphere.
But I digress, because despite any potential challenges, Aaleyana made our visit a memorable one. So, thank you to Aaleyana for taking great care of us. I’m sure she’ll continue doing her best for all the customers who appreciate that, even at Buffalo Wild Wings, a great meal and service is something worth celebrating

Very disappointed
With the food and service.
My husband spent $60.00 on our meals.
Our food was rock hard and cold. I called the store and spoke with the manager (Jordan) she was not apologetic in any way. Only told me that our food was waiting for an hour. (When that wasn’t true) I’d say we wait 40 minutes if that for our food. And then she told me that since we ordered our food through a 3rd party we had to contact them about a refund. (we did get a refund from door dash) but I wasn’t calling to ask for a refund. I was calling to let them know how disappointed I was with our order. Maybe she would’ve apologized and or explained how this wouldn’t happen again. But nothing.
We will not be ordering from this location anymore.
