A few of us had dinner a couple Saturdays ago and frankly, we were very disappointed. As I drove through Viera every place I passed (Beef’s, Fords Garage, Ale House, Walk-on’s) had packed parking lots with people waiting outside. Seems there was a soccer and baseball tourney in town and you saw kids in uniforms waiting outside theses places to eat. When I got to BWW, the parking lot was barely half full. And inside was less than a third which was very surprising on a Saturday when other places seemed packed. For the 3 hours we were in bar area I don’t think more that 2-3 other tables had patrons. It never got more than a third full. With that, the server was very friendly but service from the kitchen was very slow. Our two appetizers took 10 minute and the fried pickles were horrible. No crust, had to cut with a knife as they were not crunchy at all. Seemed to be breaded an simply heated. Our dinners took another 10-15 mins, on a slow night! Meals were okay but could have been warmer. We used to go all the time, but something has changed and not for the better. When service is slow on a very slow night, and food below the standard many others in the area set, I can see why they were slow on a busy Saturday. Hope they improve……

Stopped in around 4 pm for a quick bite. Sat down at a booth and waited about 5 minutes before someone came by. Nice young lady took our drink order and mentioned someone else would be taking care of us.
We placed our order and the meals came out quickly. Unfortunately the burgers did not taste good and the bacon was cold/barely cooked. We took the bacon off our sandwiches so the server could let the cook/manager know.
I dont think I would return to this location. Service was fine but the food just wasnt good like other BDuds we have visited.

I mean…. It’s Buffalo Wild Wings aka B-DUBS so what isn’t to like! I love the flavors! Especially the mango habanero on the traditional wings is great! Joelle was so nice and on top of everything! Music volume was perfect and place was clean! Facilities were clean as well!

Honestly!!! I think the nicest waitress I ever had.She made us feel so at home.And she knew the menu in and out.)We ordered the mozzarella sticks,Onion rings.The honey mustard grilled chicken salad,A cheeseburger with fries.The Asian crispy chicken wrap.And the to die for Chocolate Chip cookie bake with ice cream.Wowww!!!All so delicious.

Excellent service from the bartender! I was sitting at a high top in the lounge area. She was very kind and attentive even though she was busy behind the bar. The pick 6 for $19.99 is an awesome deal for a big guy who likes to eat.

Our server Jhanae was absolutely THE best server ever. We are locals here in Melbourne and she is a breath of fresh air. She was attentive and took care of us through out our meal and drinks!!! No waiting, no having to track her down !!! She was amazing! Other servers should be trained by her! My wife and I will make sure the we request Jhanae every time we come to here.

It was the absolute worst costumer service. I sat at the bar with four other folks, was offered a drink, had t9 ask for a menu and no one came back to me for 30 min. What made it worse is there were 4 bartenders 5 feet away talking to each other with 0 regard for the costumer.

Service was average. Slow and far between. While our waitress was kind she did not check in on us very often. Asked for ranch never got it. Spent 3 hours there only saw her 3 times. Had to track her down to pay the bill. Food is average. As expected nothing special. TVs are large and bright. Lots of viewing angles. It’s a chain, your mileage may vary. But it wasn’t super busy just busy. Maybe they were short staffed. It was just ok today!

We came in for lunch after some shopping with friends. There were 6 of us total. There was no one at the host stand but we waited for a few minutes, Despite there being a sign for us to seat ourselves because we wanted to sit on the patio.
So we went ahead and sat ourselves on the patio, where the tables were not very clean. We ended up having to go inside to grab someone after no one came out to greet us. Our server, Lyric came out after a few minutes, we were all talking, so it’s not like we were counting.
She got our drink order and then went back inside to grab us menus, but only got 4. We expected her to grab maybe kids’ menus for the two children, but that never happened. Then, she brought out our drinks by setting them on one corner of the table and walking away. She also spilled one of the waters a little bit and just left it…..she also brought four straws. We asked her for 2 more straws, and they just never came throughout the whole meal. We ended up giving the kids two straws for their kids’ drinks and then two of us just went without a straw, no big deal.
It was quite some time before we finally got our order in. And we ordered an appetizer for the table.
Appetizer came out. Food came out not too much longer after we ordered it. The food was dropped the same way The drinks were….setting one plate on the corner of the table and letting us pass it out.
We didn’t have silverware, so we asked for it and again, she only brought four set ups.
That was the last time we saw her. She never came back to refill our drinks. All of our drinks were empty about halfway through the meal. Never came back to check on our meals, get us condiments, literally nothing. she did bring us ketchup and mustard before the meal. I was gonna order a different sauce for my wings because it was a little bit hotter than what I thought. But again she never came back. All in all the food was hot and good. The consensus at the table was that maybe if we sat inside, we would get better service, but if the section was closed, she could have asked us to move inside. We did seat ourselves because that’s what the sign said to do. It shouldn’t have changed this service that we were given. We were all going to get drink refills before we left. But figured we didn’t want to wait another ten minutes for her to bring four drinks for 6 of us.

Painfully slow service during a Monday Night Football game, despite the restaurant being mostly empty. Servers were non-attentive and we were repeatedly left with empty glasses due to not being checked on. The gentleman next to us had to walk up to the service bar to get his own drink. Food also took an extraordinary amount of time to come out. Management needs to urgently address this. Good way to run a franchise into the ground. We wont’t be back.
