But… they’re still pretty good wings and I do enjoy visiting. The service has always been great.
The wings were not amazing.
They were ok. They were a bit cold and I am sure that played a huge role. They were slammed, so I believe that the food was left sitting for a few minutes.
The fries were cold.
My friend ordered a hamburger, and it was cold.
Our server was great.
His name was Stew. When I told him the fries were cold ( I didn’t want to wait for new food), he said ok and didn’t say anything else. He came back out with hot fried that were very good. He didn’t give us attitude or anything. Great personality!
He was working extremely hard!
It’s unfortunate that my wings and her hamburger were cold.
Besides that, everything else was fine.
I wouldn’t come back to this establishment per se.
I’d most likely try Hooters across the street.
But tonight was not…
I’d placed an order over the phone and whoever the gentleman was that I spoke to was absolutely lovely! I was actually looking forward to meeting him when I came to pick up my food. When I walked in the takeout door, I saw two other people waiting in line for their order and I waited at the counter…then waited about five minutes more. Another gentleman came in to pick up his food as well. All of us waiting for all the very long time. Mind you, THERE WERE WORKERS THERE near the front area looking at us …and we (waiting for our food orders) looked back at them like “HELLO?” Can we get some help over here?
Eventually one woman came over and asked us all of our names for our orders and disappeared to the back…
There was no “sorry for the wait” or, “so sorry we had to figure something out with the orders”.
Now let’s be perfectly clear, this is a Monday, so it’s not busy in the restaurant either. They’re about maybe two other people in booths eating while the rest of us were waiting for our to go orders. We finally get our food, I pay, and leave, and go directly to my car to write this review.
I’ve worked in the hospitality industry for a very long time(restaurants, theme parks, and now hotels). So I get it, down time and slow times happen, but when there’s literally a guest at the desk waiting for service, for food that they’ve paid for, you’re just going to stand there? Unacceptable.
Yes, I will be returning because the wings are amazing here and that’s why this is the only wing place that I actually like and it’s close to my house as well. But please, get better wait staff or train them to be more efficient and alert. Thank you!
One of the worst wraps I’ve ever had. I placed an order in advance for a Buffalo Chicken Wrap (no tomatoes) with fries. When I arrived, no one was at the to-go stand, and despite multiple staff members seeing me, no one came over to help.
When I finally got my order, the wrap was made incorrectly—it had tomatoes, and the fries were cold, rock-hard, and inedible. I was on my lunch break, so I had to go back, which made me late returning to work. The staff admitted the fries “may” have been sitting for a while (because they were so busy) and should have been checked before packing—clearly, they weren’t.
They remade my order, but the fries were still not hot, and the wrap was just a mess. The chicken looked overcooked or like it had been sitting too long, the wrap was suddenly cut (even though it wasn’t the first time), and it felt like they just removed the tomatoes instead of making a fresh one. On top of that, there was way too much cheese, little sauce and no ranch at all, making it dry and unbalanced.
I understand being busy, but this was just careless. And pretty sure not proper food/health procedures. I won’t be back to this location anytime soon.
