We wanted dinner here. It was busy when we walked in, but then quickly cleared out within 15 minutes. The hostess told us that it was going to be a 30 minute wait, but we waited for over an hour. There were many 10+ empty tables throughout the store and we still weren’t seated. The hostesses never came to check up on us and there was quickly a crowd in the lobby. Everyone behind us never even got checked up on by a hostess. The hostesses and waitresses were all crowded around the computer system just giggling and talking. We ended up being seated in a booth that was empty for over 45 minutes.

Thoroughly enjoyed our lunch. The food was really good and served promptly. Our server, Stephanie, was very attentive and helpful. She checked with us several times to see if everything was OK or if we needed anything.

Cassidy was an AMAZING!!! bartender. One of the best Crown Apple Water mixes I have had. Greeted with a friendly smile. My order was correct and my food was perfect. She is definitely an asset to this business. When I return in the fall I will make sure to stop in here. Great atmosphere as well.

Restaurant was very clean and organized! All staff seemed to be 10 toes down moving quick! I did my order togo samantha was a very sweet kind young lady with a very big smile seemed very happy to be here also got my order within 15 minutes of placing the order. I am a regular here, and I usually have a decent experience. The service is usually slow, but today, I was there for 2 ½ hours. It took 15 minutes to be greeted and another 15 minutes to be given drinks. Our food came out after an hour and a half total, and many orders were wrong. The wings were cold, the fries had lemon pepper seasoning, sauces were mixed for one of our people who has an allergy and specifically asked for them to be separated. There is absolutely no excuse for the lack of attention and care we experienced. The manager was unwilling to let us have the proper discounts for our horrible experience. After I complained, she asked where I worked (I am a server), completely unprompted and unreasonable. Absolutely horrible. I am never coming back.

We were seated promptly upon arrival. Our server, Alexis was very busy but very friendly and quick getting our drinks and taking our order. The food came out very fast and was correct. Alexis came back and checked on us often. Everything is always amazing and today was no different!

First visit here and overall I was impressed and will be visiting again.
Surprised that we were asked to wait in the entrance seating area when we could see numerous empty tables. We didn’t wait long but on reflection, it was probably due to the staffing levels as we waited quite a while for our food, which is not a problem for us but from visiting Luther American chains this is certainly not the norm.
I had 6 traditional wings with parmesan garlic sauce and a side of Mac and cheese. The max and cheese was cold but the server quickly warmed it up and gave a complimentary additional portion for the inconvenience.
I loved the wings and will certainly have them again with the same sauce when I return.

I got the Philly steak, is was very dry. My wife got bone in wings and was very satisfied. The fries were good. Very noisy, couldn’t hardly hear each other talk. It took too long for the food to come. Waitress was very good and attentive, bringing refills without being asked.
