Tonight was probably the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. We were seated at about 7:15PM waited nearly 30 minutes for our drinks, still didn’t have our order taken and then finally about an hour in had the ordered taken. We waited another hour for the food. When we tried to explain to management how long it as taking to get the food, they were very rude and told us “sometimes large tables take this long,” “your food has been back for 22 minutes.” Which would make one think that the food would be fresh and hot. Well it was wasn’t. Every bit of it was cold. My bun on my burger was soggy from just sitting. My poor daughter’s grilled cheese was disgusting. To top it all off they weren’t even cleaning tables. The tables in the images below had been sitting there like that nearly the whole 2.5 hours we were there! Management took 50% off our bill but it was after they still kept messing things up with the billing and taking forever to get the checks back to us. I was so disappointed not only in the food but how this was all handled. I’m not one to complain much about food service because I know it’s hard but this truly was the worst experience. Had the food been hot I wouldn’t have complained but the amount of disrespect then to bring the food out ice cold and expect us to pay full price and auto tip, absolutely not. That is not good food service at all. We will not be back.

this buffalo wild wings needs some… help. but hey they are hiring !!! aside from the slow, incorrect ordering process and services, my drink was watery from sitting at the bar too long, marinara has been left out as it is dry and mozzy sticks are stale 🙁
appetizer and drinks were done before the entree even came and why would a patron top shelf margaritas not have little strawberry bits thats prob $15+ in compared to a $4 lemonade ? and why everybody I know says eating here made them sick! yea no.
everyone’s table was dirty. food was cold and hard. overstimulating atmosphere with the 35 T.Vs running the same game.

If you’re wondering how bad service at a restaurant can actually get, our visit here might be a perfect example.
I don’t usually write reviews like this, but this visit to Buffalo Wild Wings was so unbelievably bad that it deserves to be documented.
We came in around 3:00 in the afternoon on a Saturday with a party of six — me, my wife, and our four kids. It wasn’t late at night, it wasn’t slammed with people, and it should have been a completely normal dining experience. Unfortunately, it turned into one of the most frustrating restaurant visits I’ve had in a long time.
After we sat down, we waited and waited before our waitress finally came to take our order. That ended up being one of the only two times we saw her the entire visit. We ordered mozzarella sticks as an appetizer, figuring that would come out quickly while we waited for the rest of the food.
Instead, we sat there for over 30 minutes wondering if anyone in the building remembered our table even existed. No drink refills, no check-ins, nothing. Our glasses sat empty while we waited, and nobody came by to see if we needed anything.
When the mozzarella sticks finally arrived, they somehow managed to be cold, and the cheese inside was hard instead of melted. After waiting that long, it honestly felt like they had been sitting somewhere for quite a while before being dropped off at our table.
At that point, it was clear the visit wasn’t going to improve. When the only food you’ve received after half an hour is a cold appetizer and empty drink glasses, it’s probably time to call it. I paid for our drinks and we left.
We ended up going across the street to Johnny’s New York Style Pizza, where we were quickly served hot food and actually had attentive service.
I understand that new restaurants sometimes have growing pains, but this experience was beyond disappointing. With slow service, cold food, and almost no attention to the table, it turned what should have been a simple family meal into a frustrating afternoon.
The only thing during this visit that didn’t disappoint was the water. Unfortunately, that’s not a great sign for a wing restaurant.
If this visit was supposed to show what this new location has to offer, then unfortunately the bar is set incredibly low. When the most memorable part of the entire experience is the water and the decision to leave, that says everything that needs to be said.

Food is good here but the service is aweful. Every time I come here it is at least 10 minutes for water and today its 20 for my drink. Orange juice and vodka a screwdriver. Actually over they brought me the wrong drink so I’m still waiting. If I was the manager I’d hire a new bartender. 65 minutes in one of our party of 6 still has not recieved his 15 boneless chicken wings order. If I owned this place I’d fire the manager. I feel horrible for our waiter Adam and all the wait staff. You know waiting on the cooks and bartender affects their tips. Sad really! Update an hour and 10 minutes he got his Chicken wings

Even though the restruant was almost empty there was no hostess at the front door. We had to stand around waiting for someone from the back of the restruant to come seat us. We ordered lemon pepper, spicy garlic, and medium boneless wings along with 6 traditional wings. After waiting for almost and hour and seeing three families that came in after us eating their food, I asked the waitress about our food. She went to the back and brought it out saying “Alot of people are ordering boneless wings” again no one in the restruant. The wings were cold, the spicy garlic and medium were all mixed together so we couldn’t tell them apart and the traditional wings were boneless. After getting the food we waited a long time for the waitress to bring refills and she was giving us a cold shoulder. I love buffalo wild wings but NOT this one! I won’t be back. People go out to eat to enjoy their food and time away from home. TRUST ME eat somewhere else!!!
Update: I did exactly as requested in the response and nothing. Doesn’t matter I will not be back and I recommend no one eat here.

Food takes too long for no reason at all. Every single time we’ve been here, it takes almost a whole damn hour for our drinks. And no apologies on the time either. If you’re looking for a good bww to go to, I suggest the one in Douglasville. They aren’t slow for no reason at all.

Went to celebrate our 2025 Grad, stopped in B-Dub accompanied for 10 people, bright clean atmosphere, Knicks game on & popping, we finally order & it took awhile I mean like probably almost 1/2hr, yes the other tables got filled up pretty fast while we waited but that is no excuse, I watch bar rescue & that was unacceptable for one & two the dam food was lukewarm & that was 2 out of the 3 things we ordered I had them put mine right in box cause I was over it at this point. $73 later, yes that’s what I said & 1 beer was involved. Our server Zozo was pleasant & kept apologizing for the issues so she got her tip worth but the rest NOT FIR ME!!!

Believe the bad reviews about service. I’ve been here about 7-8 times since opening in hopes that the bad service was opening jitters and they’d work it out. Unfortunately the service has only gotten worse. With each visit I’ve observed less people in the restaurant yet progressively slower service. In a recent visit on a Saturday night I went in with my family and was told it would be a 10-15 minute wait to be seated. There was no one waiting on a table and I counted 15 empty tables in the restaurant. I asked the hostess what could possibly be the reason and the only answer I was given was “that’s what my manager told me”. I asked if they were short of staff or had a kitchen issue. I was told they weren’t short servers, so I asked to be seated and given drinks and told the host it would be fine if they couldn’t take my order for a while if they were having a kitchen issue. I was just told “sorry I’ve been told not to seat anyone”. At this point I was frustrated and asked to speak with the manager. The host went to get him/her, but no one came to speak with me for 10-15 minutes, so I left. I will never be back to this restaurant. It’s apparent the management doesn’t have a clue what they’re doing. Based on the amount of empty spots in the parking lot when I drive by this place many others feel the same way. I wouldn’t be surprised if they’re out of business within a year.

Just as many others have stated, the wait was long and the food was cold. Had the food been hot, we would definitely visit again. I prefer gluten free and downloaded their allergen menu which was quite helpful. I ended up ordering the Buffalo Chicken Tot appetizer which was pretty good. Even the mild buffalo sauce was pretty spicy, and it was a little light in the shredded chicken.

We placed an online order at 6:02, received an email saying it would be ready by 6:30. We arrived at the restaurant and had really bad customer service at the takeout counter. We did not receive our food until 7:32. We asked if the food was even hot at this point and the server said “well we have wanting lights”. Our order that we received was cold (especially the grilled cheese) , wrong items, and the portion size of the kids side of mandarin oranges was in a sauce cup size…we also chose only celery for one wing order and received exactly two celery pieces. Very disappointing and will not be returning
