The location itself is convenient, as the restaurant is situated in a shared parking lot with several other restaurants and a grocery store. This makes parking very accessible, especially if you’re visiting with a larger group or arriving in multiple vehicles, as there is plenty of space available.
Inside, however, the experience was more mixed. The restaurant was extremely busy, and while that likely contributed to the situation, several tables had not been cleared and still had food left on them, which made the dining area feel a bit unkempt. The wait times were also quite long. We waited approximately 20 to 30 minutes before anyone acknowledged us, and even longer before we were seated.
Once seated, the wait continued. It took another 20 to 30 minutes for our food to arrive. On a positive note, the food itself came out fresh and hot, which was appreciated. I ordered the Hatch chili burger along with tater tots and added an extra dry rub seasoning to the order. Unfortunately, the seasoning was forgotten, and there were also a couple of other items missing from our order, which required us to ask more than once for them to be brought out.
That said, once everything was finally delivered, the food was genuinely delicious. The Hatch chili burger was flavorful and well-prepared, and the tater tots—despite missing the added seasoning—were still enjoyable. In terms of food quality, there were no complaints once we had everything in front of us.
The value of the food itself was solid and reasonably priced. However, the overall value of the restaurant experience did not quite align with the quality of the food due to the service delays and order inconsistencies. The service-versus-food balance felt off during this visit.
If you visit on a slower day or come in alone, I imagine this restaurant would be a much better experience and one I could recommend more confidently. On a busy day, however, I would suggest setting expectations accordingly. Waiting 20 to 30 minutes just to be seated, followed by another 20 to 30 minutes to receive your food, is a significant amount of time.
Because of that, this particular location is not one I would recommend during peak hours. On a less busy day, however, it could absolutely be worth visiting, as the food itself was genuinely good.

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this Buffalo Wild Wings. I ordered a cookie and what I received was completely burned. It’s unacceptable that something in this condition was even served to a customer. I don’t have high expectations for this place, but I at least expect them to serve something edible.
Plus, the service was inefficient and the wings were just ok. Staff inexistent, and didn’t seem concerned about the quality of the food or the customer experience.

Sitting herre currently eating at 1030pm & its a slight buzz noise in the air..quiet for the most part away from the bar that is beer cheese cheesesteak & onion rings teriyaki bone in wings THE FOOD IS PERFECT OMG ITS SO GOOD the service was amazing & attentive we loved it! Will definitely be back

Good place to watch football. The server Alison was awesome attention to detail and actually care about her guests. Little disappointed in the size of the burger my hand size dwarf the burger tasted great. Atmosphere was geeat.

This restaurant is the worst restaurant that I have ever been to. Don’t know why it is still exist and open. Waited for 50 mins for my one salad and chicken wings, and the wings are cold and vegetable in the salad are wilted. We ordered a wings combo that suppose to come with slaw, but the waitress never brought it until we asked her and she told us that the kitchen never gave her the slaw. If you don’t plan to give the items in the order, you shouldn’t include it in the menu. Otherwise, why we order combo instead of getting only wings. The way they treated the customers was just unacceptable. Don’t ever go to that restaurant!

Every step member was very friendly at this location the bathroom Dairy Queen the bar area looks spotless. I came in to watch the Dominican play Nicaragua and I was very impressed. By the way they keep this place here, even though it was busy everything with me and I would recommend this by following to anybody

They will make you wait up front with no contact via service personnel with a restaurant that is less than half full because they do not staff enough servers. I just want to sit and have a beer. I understand that I will be waiting on food and further service, but I want to sit down.

Worst dub I’ve been to by far. I’ve been in 3 times now. It’s been dead every time and we still wait at least 10 minutes for a server. Don’t receive drinks until 20 here. This has happened both times. Food takes longer than anything waiting nearly 45 minutes both times when there is a total of 10 people in the whole restaurant. Servers on phones. I mean COME ON!

Let’s just say if you were to come here, don’t come in the afternoon close to 15:00 as this seems to be when they do shift changes, and this will have you waiting forever to be seated or pick up a mobile order. Waited a little over 15 minutes just to finally speak with someone at the register, just to say I was there to pick up my mobile order. Then, I had to wait 10 minutes more just to get the order. Let’s just say if you put a rush on it as it asks online, don’t do so. It doesn’t do anything to get you your meal quicker. The person at the register had to walk in from outside and check in prior to helping all who were waiting, and she had a prissy attitude as well. They didn’t even get my order fully correct. The sauces were all wrong, and I didn’t have the time to have them fix it. The food was, eh, had better, little too oily, and the wings were dry, even the lemon pepper one, they may have had sauce on them, but once you bit into them it was super dry, felt like they just painted on sauce from old wings.
If you want to watch sports, go here, but don’t really get the food it’s not really worth it.
