I only got the wings and the onions rings, and the rings were delicious and well seasoned but the wings were not what I ordered. I wanted the garlic parmesean flavor and I got dry plain wings. I’m pretty sure even with flavor it wouldn’t have saved the chicken. Other than. That customer service was great and quick.

Buffalo Wild Wings is a great spot to watch your favorite sports team. The atmosphere is fun and energetic, making it a solid place to hang out with family, friends, or co-workers. The food is consistently tasty—you really can’t go wrong with their wings!
That said, there’s room for improvement in the area of customer service. Not all staff come across as welcoming, and on several occasions, I’ve noticed that female waitstaff tend to give more attention to male customers, especially at the bar. While I understand the dynamic (possibly tipping-related), it can be uncomfortable—particularly when bartenders become overly flirtatious. It detracts from the experience, especially for women trying to enjoy the game just like everyone else.
Overall, it’s a fun place with good food and a lively vibe. I’d just like to see a more balanced and professional approach from some of the staff.

I ordered a classic chicken sandwich and fries! I got a dry riock hard piece of “chicken” and cold fries the bun was dry and well look at the pics! Not edible at all. Will not return we have too many food places here to waste my money on something I wouldn’t feed my dog!

Visited on Saturday, fairly busy and Lexi was our server she was exceptional. I had wings (Asian Zing and BBQ) they were super. My husband ordered a cheeseburger and on the 2nd bite he pulls out a piece of paper that obviously came from the kitchen we were not going to mention it but my husband says we might, so he did. The manager came over and apologized (very nice young man) them comped the burger it was delicious based on my husband reaction to eating the last bite. But they made an awkward situation a positive and with exceptional service and food we’ll be back and hope that we get Lexi again to wait on us.

The food at Buffalo Wild Wings in Jacksonville was really good! We ordered a variety of wings with different sauces, and they were all flavorful and cooked just right—crispy on the outside and juicy inside. The boneless wings were also a hit, and the portion sizes were decent for the price. We spent about $90 for four people (just entrees, no appetizers or desserts), which felt fair for the amount of food we got.
The only downside was the wait time—it took a little longer than expected to get our food, even though the restaurant wasn’t overly crowded. The service was friendly, but it would’ve been better if things moved a bit quicker.
Overall, a solid spot for wings and sports vibes. Would definitely return, but maybe at a less busy time to avoid the wait. 3.5/5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Buffalo Wild Wings is the perfect spot for great food and an even better atmosphere. The wings are always on point—crispy, flavorful, and tossed in a wide variety of sauces that cover everything from mild to seriously spicy. There’s something for everyone, whether you’re a traditional wing fan or prefer boneless, burgers, or appetizers.
The sports-bar vibe really sets it apart. Tons of TVs, lively energy, and a fun crowd make it an ideal place to watch games, hang out with friends, or just unwind. The service is usually fast and friendly, even when it’s busy, and the staff keeps things moving smoothly.
If you’re looking for good wings, cold drinks, and a fun, energetic environment, Buffalo Wild Wings is a solid 5-star experience every time. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We go here often but it’s usually a toss up on how the wings will turn out. Sometimes the bone in wings are cooked great and sometimes they are dry/tough. Same with sauce, sometimes they have a great amount of sauce and sometimes they are dry. This time they were tough and very dry. I usually get extra sauce on the side and this time the container was only half full. And the ranch was also skimpy, some were half full and some where a 1/4 full

Had to wait 3+ hours for my food. When i got the food it was cold and we were missing stuff. We had small dried wings and boneless wings. Fries were hard. Dip was the only good thing. Don’t recommend at all.

Normally this BWW is good but todays service was poor overall. It took 45 min-1 hour to get our food which the server apologized for and told us that 3 of their cooks walked out on Sunday, which sucks but also sharing that information probably wasn’t the best thing to do, because we as guests dining in can’t do anything about that. I get your short staffed but the food we received was mediocre. My traditional wings were very hard. Not even crispy to how people like them, they were rock solid and the meat inside was burnt/dry. I get if you’re low on cooks/staff but to cook that and know you cooked that and still be okay with serving that, is not okay. And being the server seeing and serving that is not okay either. As someone who used to work in the food industry as a cook and waitress, if I saw that I would not serve that to my table. It wasn’t enjoyable, just dry and rock hard. I wasn’t able to let the waitress know or ask to remake it because she had not checked on us until we asked for the bill and by time we received and ate our food they were closing and I did not want to be that person to bother them and ask them to remake it as their closing. Hopefully this is only a one time thing and that they find more cooks if that’s what the problem was.
