We had an amazing experience at Buffalo Wild Wings – Steele Creek for our 11:00 a.m. Christmas party. The store manager and staff were incredibly accommodating to our families and staff, making the entire event smooth and enjoyable. The food was excellent, came out quickly, and the service was top-notch from start to finish. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and great atmosphere. We will definitely choose Buffalo Wild Wings Steele Creek again as a place to gather and enjoy time together!

Service slow, but friendly. Ultimate nachos were inedible, cheese sauce is really awful. Burger ok, but have had better at Culver’s. Manager walking around cleary saw my uneaten food and avoided us.

Obsessed with this new remodel! We were the first guests here on Sunday and I think this is like their second day since the remodel. Our server, Tiana, was incredible and that 2 for $19.99 was an awesome deal! We will be back to see Tiana and get that deal!

Chicken and wedges/tots were nice, hot, crispy, and tasty.
Staff was friendly, although the place looked a little gloomy inside, could be because of understaff and there weren’t many customers during the early evening session. Otherwise, the speed of service was good!
The “All You Can Eat” special was superb, and I wish they would keep that going Monday thru Thursdays for more months to come.

Last year this time, this place was bad, food was terrible, service was horrible, smell and floors were gross. Coming from Michigan where Bdubs was pretty good we expected more. However, my wife and I decided to go back and see has it changed since we are right around the corner and had taste for wings. I must say, it was night and day from the last visit, clean, respectful service, and the food was great!! We had Mango habanero and Asian zing wings, we split a bacon burger that was fresh and the wedges were hot!! Tressa the new manager was amazing, she made our night pleasant! So much so, that we went back the next week and the service was top tier again!! I recommend anyone who wants great service, good food and nice atmosphere to check them out! Shout out to Tressa!!

Today we had a new server named Joshua! It was his first day and we were his first table. I had to stop and Give him recognition! I called the manager Amanda over to the table to let her know how great the service was!! He was very thorough, professional and prompt. He was all smiles during the entire visit, and his spirit was so welcoming! He was very fast and accurate with placing our order! I will definitely be back, if for no other reason than to sit in Josh’s section!

Chain restaurants don’t have to hit a high bar to satisfy me – I know what I’m signing up for. That being said, this Buffalo wild wings does not meet the very low bar I have. I want what I ordered, or at least to have what I receive show it was prepared with even a little care.
The issues:
– Paid extra for bone in, got home to realize we got the lower priced boneless.
– Stingy 5 tiny sticks of celery and 1 cup of ranch 2/3 full for 20 boneless wings – not enough even in a world where a piece of chicken about one third of a mcnugget size counts as a wing
– Medium buffalo was absolutely not medium, I thought maybe I was being a sissy until my pepper head husband verified they were absolutely not medium, and just a bit below in the wild in heat. Good thing he could eat them.
– mountain of salt dead center on the underwhelming fry portion
The restaurant was mostly empty when I arrived for pick up – makes it worse our order was goofed up.
To their credit, the staff member who greeted me and retrieved my order was very efficient and friendly. If I lose my mind and order here again, I’ll be sure to check my order at the counter before I leave even though that makes me feel like a jerk.

I’ll try their contact form as well, but I’m feeling like their review reply was just to make it appear like they address concerns, but they have not done anything beyond their generic reply to this review(especially since the contact form asks for an order number when their own confirmation emails don’t include one). Will update this review again if anything changes

Horrible food. If you want a drink. You are good to go. But. We had burgers and wings. And the food sucks. Burger meet was salty burnt and dried. Onion rings also burnt. I mean come on. How hard is it. To properly cook a burger. All I can say. Is. What a waist of time and money. And I just noticed a pattern from what I can see only one of there restaurants has a 4 + star review that’s really bad for a restaurant chain in Charlotte.

This was almost a bad review. We were seated and ignored for 10-15mins.(FYI they were not busy) My wife looked at me said I’m about to leave. Then our waitress finally came by and said I’ll be here in a min. After another 5mins, a waitress, Destiny, from another section came over and asked if we had been helped yet. We said no and she had drinks and appetizers faster than the time we spent waiting on the other waitress. She was very attentive, drinks were never empty. Constantly checking if we needed anything. Very professional. She saved this rating. She should be praised for her customer service. We had a great time all because of her. Great job, Destiny!
